I'll be working in Vegas for a week. Was wondering if anyone knew if any weekly rate hotels that aren't sketch... Or a hotel that is close to spearmint rhino and that's reasonable!

Circus Circus is sketch as hell.
Palace Station is a $5 cab ride away and the food there is sooo good and cheap.
The Super 8 on Koval and Flamingo is really cheap, not sketchy, and pretty close to the Rhino. There's a continental breakfast too.

I didn't think it was sketch when I stayed there. I never had any troubles other than not being able to find any decent food within walking distance. Plus it was only $20 a night if i booked it online. This was 3 years ago so things may have gotten sketchier, I dunno.

Palace Station is awesome. Cheap prices, 24 hour Subway (favorite thing ever) and diner, and super close to both Sapphire and SR. I prefer the Tower rooms to the Courtyard though. I'll only stay in the courtyard if I'm crazy broke but it's definitely worth the expense to stay in the towers.

I'm going this thursday to sunday and I'm staying at new york, new york but that's because I want to see the sights while I'm there tooWhere are you working?

I'm sorry, I realize you just posted that you were working at the rhino! I am too![]()

I know the person that runs this : www.HAPresort.com

This is late but I am currently staying at palace station after just staying at the rio two weeks earlier. I am here alone too. Palace station is great for someone looking to travel and dance. The cafe has great food and its bob Evans prices. The rooms are stupid cheap on week days and pretty great rates for the weekend. I believe there is a 100 dollar deposit. I also feel safer here than at the rio. At the rio you didn't need your card to go up the elevator. I didn't like that. Oh but I haven't seen blackjack tables..but haven't really explored yet. But yeah i will definitely be booking with palace station again.
yeah, like everyone else said, palace station is great, especially if you can get another girl to share with you. the tower rooms are more expensive but the cheaper ones out back are just fine. i went with another girl one time who was sketched out by the idea of the crappier rooms and thought they would be "ghetto" but once she saw the room she was fine with it.
it's right by sapphires and rhino. also, they have a $100 deposit, which they even let me pay it in cash and i just got it back right when i left. i always stayed there when traveling.
circus circus is, indeed, very sketch imo. i tried it once and never again.
