Just my two cents here (I'm not in USA, but I think some issues are universal.):
I used to find most Indians difficult when I first started (7 years ago). The tendency to barter infuriated me, as well as many of them being rough and asking for bbbj ect ect. I found that the following made a difference:
1. Charging higher end rates, and never accepting less. Since moving from a parlour to private (and charging more) I have had a higher proportion of easy educated and respectful Indians. Guys that pay less expect more, this is true of Indians as well.
2. Promising less than you are willing to provide in your advertising.
3. With aggressive clients take charge of the booking. This is just my approach and may not work for others, and it's hard for me to explain. I keep a smile on my face, I move on as soon as client apologises for unacceptable behaviour, but I like to nip misbehaviour it in the bud. I have not had to issue more than one warning in a long time. I have also made regulars out of misbehavers. Some of these difficult clients need to be made to respect you, I find this to be true particularly of many Indians.
As for young guys, I have not found a method that is particularly successful in dealing with the unpleasant ones.
And as for the bullying to see you outside I just handle that by saying "I charge more privately" which is true and ends the conversation.
