Duh came across a familiar face at work

My so has a friend from h.s who i probably seen maybe twice in the 4yrs of datting but I instantly recognized him at the club last Saturday night.... I don't think he knew who I was but asked me to come join him ... he bought a few drinks and two LD"s plus tipped well. It just felt wrong and ocward to "work for my guys friend"....at first i thought it was a possible set up but then I figured he just didn't recognize or remember me as he was pretty high on something. My question is have any of you dealt with a similar situation and how did you deal?? I feel guilty and want to tell my SO but dobt want to make my job anymore stressful to him since hes already not too fund of it .

I ran into a guy in my old neighborhood who became a regular at a club I worked in the same area. I saw him all the time and he recognized me once...I denied, denied, denied. It felt weird too and just tried to avoid him in the club.

My Ex's friend came in to my club just months after we separated. He was "super religious Mr. Christian" when I knew him "in real life" (HA!) When he recognized me, he got a half hour VIP...I just sat on him naked and complained about my ex. It was weird but kinda funny. After that he started coming on a weekly basis and would just stare at me during my stage sets.

I would never, ever in a million years do dances or VIPs with one of my husband's friends though. Exes friends are okay...current friends would be WAY too weird.

I had 2 people recognize me. 1 was an ex who stared me down but never said anything (smart move on his part) I just looked at him like I didn't know him. Then another dude I never met claims he saw me around town a couple time and swore up and down he knew me. I'm like naw that's not me dude...He kept insisting he was right and I just had to keep denying and eventually end the convo and walk away

At the end of the day...I'm gonna deny deny deny - every single time.
