I know I'm a couple days late, but one of my friends posted this on FB and I am doing it with her. I am just about down to my pre-pregnancy weight give or take 5lbs but I know I would look much leaner and feel better if I cut out drinking and eating/drinking sugary crap. I still drink too often at work and I have an ice cream addiction that's holding me back. It's going to be tough but I'm going for it. The only exceptions we made are coffee sweeteners because neither of us can stomach black coffee. Other than that, NO ice cream, cookies, donuts, candy, cake, pie, Little Debbie snacks, milkshakes, chocolate milk, juice or SODA-you get the idea. Also NO alcohol of any kind. Who's with me?![]()

I have managed to quit the flavored creamers and I just use halfnhalf now, but I still put a bit of sugar in my coffee too. I'll have to try stevia. I tried some other artificial sweetener before and it was just nasty. Can't remember what it was though
