OK Wow, I never said fruits are excluded or natural sweeteners...(although I do not recommend drinking a lot of juice. It's often just sugar water. Better to eat fruit than drink juice) I meant cutting out JUNK. I still eat fruit and put honey on my oatmeal. I am aware that there is sugar in sauces, yogurt, etc. There's some sugar in my protein bars that I eat at work. There's no way to 100% avoid ALL sugar. I meant no alcohol and no sugary snacks that serve no nutritional purpose. I try to stay under 20grams of sugar a day.
If some of you want to cut out fruit too, that's up to you. I started this to ditch my ice cream and candy snacking habits.
