Hello, does anyone know if a Streamate studio can redistribute traffic/promotion the site gives between their models?
I registered with a studio, but I don't work in the physical office or take part in the photoshoots anymore as I moved to another city. I still keep in touch with other models, though, and from what I know, I spend the most time online, my monthly gross earnings on SM are the second to third highest in the studio, I offer the widest range of services and I'm the only one using sound in free chat and not splitcamming. Nevertheless, I'm not even in the top 5 as it comes to the SM placement and my traffic sucks balls compared to everyone else's in the studio (maybe 5 people in free chat vs like the 20+ they have).
Last week, I was putting in mad hours (12+a day) to see if it will help me raise my placement at least a bit. When I returned after the weekend, I found my room to be like an half a row lower than I left it and then I saw a fairly new girl from my studio who used to be 2 rows below me BOOM appear 2 rows higher than me even though it was her first day on after a vacation. I know it can hardly be possible, but it looked like the extra hours I put in somehow iproved someone else's placement instead of mine?
I have top-notch connection and equipment, and the RTT for me and the studio is about the same, so it's either the studio interfering with my traffic (which would really suck because they still have 15 to 20% of what I make. Well, even if they just aren't promoting me the way they promote everyone else it sucks, because they're spending the money they take to advertise me on someone else) or me being a mutt ugly bitter conspiracy-obsessed paranoic who can't make a decent camgirl for her life. I could check how the things really are by starting a new acct with Dailypay or something, but frankly speaking I'm scared to. If I'm doing that bad with a 5-year-old account and like 12000 favs, what is it gonna be like to start it from a scratch given how hard camming got recently? =(
Again, I'm really upset my last week's epic camming rush has failed so probably wrong and overreacting and whatnot - sorry for all the whining.

I used to stress about my placement all the time, even half a row so I know how you feel. But it's much less stressful to work once you quit paying such close attention to it. I still check, but unless I'm drastically dropping, I try not to think about it.
