Sooo I am trying to lose ten pounds within a couple months.

I've tried Hydroxcut and Xenadrine...are there any other diet pills out there that are worth a shot?

I know the Garcinia Cambogia stuff looks like bullshit, but it really helped me lose 10 lbs a year ago.

Unfortunately it isn't working that great for me this time around.

I'm also trying to lose 10 lbs and reeeeally having a rough time of it. I just ordered Ephedrine HCL (was reccomended to me).

A few days of eating nothing but leek soup & drinking lots of water is a great way to get your metabolism revved up.

I second ephedra. In the US you can get it as Bronkaid.

Just be careful about the dose if you're sensitive to stimulants. Even half a 25mg pill was too much for me at first. Lots of anxiety, sweating, and shaking.. not fun.

Diet pills are a waste of money. Workout and clean up your diet. Fat burning pills raise your body temp and are only good if you're cutting body fat low (I.e. Competing) and can't cut out any more calories. You're not going to lose ten lbs from a pill.

Actually that's a great way to KILL your metabolism and be unhealthy, hold onto whatever bodyfat you have, eat up any muscle you have, etc. Your body and brain need food and nutrients.

Sure you'll lose 10 lbs after a week of STARVATION just like if you had the flu and couldn't eat. Will lose mostly water weight and flatten out. What will the result be? Looking like sh*t. What happens when you go back to eating normally? You'll gain it all back.

I'm not recommending starving yourself there. Two days of that max. It's not going to get your metabolism from zero to 1000, but it will help flush your system & does give your metabolism a boost.

Where are the nutrients coming from? How is it boosting your metabolism?

FYI if you're not feeding your body with nutrients; your metabolism will slow down. Which is why people who yo-yo diet gain weight so easily. There are no benefits of detoxing with essentially onion soup and sounds like something out of a 1960s womens magazine. Try greens shakes full of kale, chia seeds, spinach, veggies high in fiber.

I'm not just pulling this out of my ass. I've done the leek-soup-for-two-days trick b4, usually when starting to get back in shape for dancing, & nvr had any negative affects from it. I've nvr been heavy enough to need/safely use diet pills, & I generally don't trust them anyway, but that's just me, & the leek soup is just a suggestion for a more natural fix.

When I did fitness comps I ate 6 clean meals a day. oh the good old days. Now i just crave crap and can't work out much. Yeah the more small meals you eat the more you're body burns. Think of it like a fire. the more you add the fire burns more rapidly. like your body. i should follow my own advice. lol.

^That actually happened to me! I was travelling in Asia and gained a few kilos-so being 19 and naive I bought diet pills over the counter from a pharmacy...the weight dropped off, but the side effects were so intense that I stopped taking them...only to find out later that they contained actual speed and some other nasty, harmful ingredients that could have serevly damaged my liver and killed me! I was horrified.

The most effective ones aren't very safe, so they can't be shipped into the country (some may be availble online, but so are many fake products and who knows what you are really consuming in that case). CLA and GLA are good at burning stubborn fat and are safer/natural. I've had some progress with CLA. Vitamin B complexes are supposed to really help boost your metabolism.

Whoa that's scary. I took one of my leftover Hydroxycut and felt bad for the rest of the day but great the next day, low appetite. Hmmm.

Yeah, the ephedrine didn't sit well with me. 8mg and I had headaches and nausea. Going to try knocking it down to 4 mgs when I get back, can't be bothered with that shit over xmas.

    Umm....yeah.
I used to take Oxy Elite Pro (which I think got pulled off the shelves a while back) and there was also this one called Methyl Ripped Hardcore that seemed to work really well. (That one might still be available, idk.)

So yeah - they were effective! The side effects though.....I would seriously recommend ANYTHING else before resorting to diet pills. That ish can mess you up.

They aren't regulated by the fda so you never really now what the hell they put in them.

I would NOT recommend diet pills. I'd recommend hot yoga to shed 10 pounds within a month or so.

I use Bronkaid regularly and love it. In CA you can get it in CVS or Walgreens for $16-20 but it's kept behind the pharmacy counter and to get it you must give your drivers license so they can record your info. Only 2 boxes per month may be purchased and this is because the ephedra in it is used to make meth.

Also, look into pre-workout formulas which often have appetite suppressants in them and rev you up like nobody's business for your workout. I like Redline's pre-workout powder it is VERY strong so go easy.

I also took OxyElite Pro a couple years ago and now that I think about it i don't know why because I was already thin. But I was taking it when I would go to the gym (when I was mostly just doing cardio) and it would make me feel cracked out. My heart would be racing like crazy. I don't remember if I took it religiously but I was taking them for a few months and I got grossly skinny. My healthy weight is around 135 lbs but I was down to like 120 at one point. I can definitely see how diet pills that "work" are extremely unhealthy.

A few of Hi tech pharmaceuticals products are comprable to oxy elite pro. Lipodrene black and Black Widow work incredibly well. They also made a dupe of jack3d and oxy elite pro but I didn't find them as effective.

If you are talking about sites like hitechpharma.com these are NOT real pharmaceuticals and their marketing is disgusting. They will invariably get found out and shut down by the FDA. Any kind of nutritional supplement is NOT regulated and the labeling on the package is in no way required to match the product inside. Everyone please be careful!

    Phentermine.. Dr Prescribed
40 bucks for a month supply.

I have used this before when I weighed 225 and I dropped to 140 under 3 months. I was desperate. I used it after having a baby.

Im one of those up and down weight people.
but that was purely out of control eating (pregnant) that caused my 100lb weight gain and gave birth to a 7 lb baby
