^Whoa, SM has some pretty kick ass prizes compared to other sites. Contest weeks are the same for me with decreased traffic and regs that are mysteriously MIA so I've never been motivated enough to cam even a fraction of my normal hours. I’m actually in the 500s rn tho so i guess my goal is to get into the 400s if possible so I can actually place for the first time ever! I wonder how many hours i’d have to put in cuz I’m only at 4 lol

You only need 3 decent days over the whole week in this contest to place, only your best 3 days count. I’m in the low 400s atm with 1 great day and two shit days, it’ll start adjusting more over the rest of the week. I think that’s how it works anyway, first time I’ve placed in a best face forward contest ha

Update-- managed to stay a bit over 7 h today plus breaks (it's a whole day). I caught a new whale this evening and did 468$ and I'm in too 200 ranking. Maybe I have a chance this week

uhhh nvm about trying for this contest lmao. maybe i'm just a big baby but last night's dead ass 2.5hr shift was all it took to discourage me from trying much for the remainder of the week. debating whether i should try for at least 1 hour tonight or take off the day for my mental health to recharge and reset. good luck ladies!

About to jump on for 4.5hrs to take me to a round 20. I have a few ideas for Gold Shows, I don’t really do them as I rarely find them successful but I may well try again tonight, depending on how it goes. Hope it isn’t a ghost town!

Update: okay my first Gold Show failed miserably but I’m gonna keep at it! Cannot stand to sit in a dead room in guest chat so may as well try get people to pay onto my dead gold show hahah. Second one was okay, couple of people in. Third time lucky!

Update: man, STFO fucking saved my arse today!!! Was desperately trying to get to low goal for 3.5hrs then someone swooped in and took me for an hour block. I was gonna take today off as I was feeling lazy, so pleased I didn’t now!

I was considering trying to do the hours for the contest, I'm going to attempt to do a full 4 hours today and if it sucks I'm not going to bother.

I usually do late nights now and it was pretty alright until tuesday night. At any rate the overall traffic is still much better than the lousy almost nonexistent traffic I had in December, which I think a lot of other girls experienced too.

Took last night off, but gonna suck it up tonight and shoot for 3-4 hours with lots of breaks. I need to hit my personal goal and it feels so far away!

Well I logged on and it was super busy for a good two hours, then it completely died and I was too impatient so I bounced after sticking it out for 40 more minutes. There is a planned power outage for maintenance in my area tomorrow for up to 8 hours too, I'm not sure if it's my exact circuit or not but I don't feel like trying to marathon long hours during a slow week when my power might get cut during it.
