It's haaaaard to stay positive when you're having a depressing day. I've been on now for an hour and a half and still just one show. So I started feeling a bit down...then decided I HAVE to raise my vibration. I put on some favorite music, pulled up a google doc, and typed out about 5 minutes worth of gratitude.
I hear you. I have those days too. I'm glad you're getting on. If you can at least eat healthy and drink half your body weight in ounces of water a day...it'll help.
