Default Have you seen customers get harrassed by other customers?

Hi, I'm relatively new to gentlemens clubs, last night was my second time to be precise. Anyways, I saw a very pretty dancer, so I decided to approach her and talk to her. But she was clearly one of the most popular girls at the club. While I was talking to her, I saw several other customers give me menacing and aggressive glares.
After she went on stage, I went to the tip rail to tip her, and I tipped her more than pretty much everyone else, so she ended up giving me more attention. However, this once again seemed to piss off some of the other guys and they started saying rude shit to each other about me.
Later on when I was talking to her, guys would bump in to me on purpose or interrupt us. On our way to the VIP one guy would stop her repeatedly to talk to her.

I was wondering if this type of shit is common in gentlemans clubs? Now I've been trained in different martial arts so I'm sure i can win a fight if it comes down to it, but hey, I'm at the club to have a good time, not to fight with other dudes. Maybe I shouldn't tip her so much next time? Will girls avoid guys who get into conflicts with other guys?
I guess I should probably bring a friend or two with me the next time i go since I went alone.

Were you at a divey kind of place?

I've seen customers harass each other, but I've never noticed one being picked on this hard for this particular reason. I figure it's very possible in this environment if multiple guys like a particular girl, though.

Don't stop what you're doing. From the sound of it, you're having an otherwise good time and she's most likely glad to have a decent paying customer. As a dancer, I wouldn't really care as long as the customer in question isn't the one starting it and the other guys are smart enough to keep their distance. Unless it becomes absolutely necessary to defend yourself, ignore it.
Exotic dancing is like any other job.
If you work in an office, you wear dress shoes and a suit.
If you work in a restaraunt, you wear skid resistant shoes and a uniform.
If you work in a strip club, you wear 7" stilettos and lycra g-strings.

    Yea. Divey.
She should've put a stop to that, since you were tipping/getting dances.

Customers & dancers both sm times get territorial over each other. I have def seen dancers harass each other when one thinks the other has 'stolen' her regular, even if it's simply a matter of the regular deciding he wanted smtg different. Likewise I have seen customers get rude towards a favourite dancer when she is spending time on other paying customers, esp when the other customers are paying her more than the guy who's getting pissy. It wouldn't surprise me to see these kinds of customers behave rudely toward another well-paying customer who 'steals' their dancer, it's just an extension of that 'I paid [or I'm gonna pay] for her so GTFO of my way' entitlement.

Forget abt pissing the other customers off. They are not the ones getting your $$$ to entertain you, so their opinions of you should mean less than zero. Worry abt your dancer of choice, since she is the reason you're at the club in the first place. If the vibe you were getting from these other customers actually crossed from rude to threatening, I would take it up w/ the mgmt.

IME it is not very common in most clubs. Most guys in most clubs are there for one thing and it's not the other guys. I spend a lot of nights in a lot of clubs each year, spread around different parts of the country, and haven't seen anything like that for several years now.

The times that I've come across aggressive customer behavior were in a couple of dive clubs catering to locals. There was one club I used to visit regularly that was a real shithole. Customers were definitely sizing each other up and it wasn't a place for a guy who didn't look like he could take care of himself. For me, that was part of the fun as I wasn't the sharpest knife in the rack back then, lol. But as I got older, I lost my taste for always having to watch my back in a club. I also have little tolerance for bad exposure as I now have a family and own a business that provides high end and sensitive services. So now I avoid the dives.

So if you want to avoid problems, just avoid dives. Most clubs don't want any problems and many club patrons are older and/or not exactly dangerous looking, so the types of problems described above are not too common in most places. IME clubs have a vested interest in making old and/or married guys, among others, feel safe enough to come in and spend money, so they take steps to keep out thugs and won't generally tolerate too much BS.

    In any event, good luck.

If they want her attention then perhaps they should take her to the VIP area instead of acting like children.
Lol Kara. It's not always that simple. There are some bad clubs out there that attract bad people. Felons and soon-to-be felons like titties and ass too. Drop a small club in a bad area that offers cheap booze and cheap women, add in a club owner that can't be bothered to provide any real security, and lots of interesting things can happen. In some places you really have to watch your ass.

It sounds like calling that club a dive would be an insult to real dives. I've never felt threatened in a club. But I don't go to clubs made out of a converted double-wide.

Seriously, if I thought this was a serious question, I'd suggest that you try a more upscale club. But, It sounds like you kind of got off on the danger aspect, so bring your friends, and "let's get ready to rumble!"

And why wouldn't it be a serious question? He's asking for advice from dancers, not your trolling ass. And I think you are projecting with this danger "lets get ready to rumble" bs, is that what you think when your broke ass goes into a club?

You sound like a huge try hard trying to be funny.

Never seen this happen, but it sounds like a bunch of drunk fools who got mad that you spent more money on the dancer you liked and they can't afford to do the same, enjoy your time and continue to treat the lady you like well. If you bring your friends as you say you will make sure to let them know about the problem but do not go looking for a fight, most likely you will get kicked out.Hopefully the problem people will not even be there and you can just have a fun night out with your buddies.

Most customers are happy to get a peek at another person's stage dance, whether the nudity is directed at them or not. You just unfortunately ran into some idiots (or a jealous, cheap regular?), they probably would have behaved this way on the street or in a supermarket. It's a shame the girl didn't alert the bouncers or tell them politely that she was busy (if they were harassing her VIP customer, being aggressive in general and not tipping, they would not have been a great loss to the club). Don't let a few idiots ruin your experience, I'm sorry that they did on this occasion.

It didn't seem like a serious question to me. If a club doesn't seem safe, you go to a different club. His mentioning of his martial arts training and bringing friends to help fight seems to move this in the direction of, I'm looking for a fight, rather than how can I enjoy my time in a strip club?

I agree with gameover. I smell Sharks and Jets. Don't go to a SC prepared for a possible confrontation. If another patron is being a jackass and making you feel uncomfortable. Go talk to boucer/security/managment/ or whatever. See if there is anything they can do. You are a paying customer too.

Happens to me often when I'm talking to customers, I'll get other guys who will interrupt me for a VIP. While it's good for me bussiness wise, I get very uncomfortable. But whoever is spending is who I'm going with.

Lol where did he say he wants his friends to help "fight"? You're just making shit up. He wants to bring friends so that people will leave him alone, so that he can avoid a possible confrontation. Most guys with friends do that. Learn to read, and stop projecting your own feelings.

Finkle is Einhorn! Einhorn is Finkle!

Okay, it's an interesting topic regardless. I've never seen anything as bad as what the OP describes. I think the worst I've seen is a customer who had his favorite stripper, and if she was busy with a customer, he'd sit right next to them and look at them with an odd look on his face. If she and her customer moved, he moved. I assume he got booted at some point, the stripper was definitely distressed.

I tend to be a "hang out for a few hours with one girl the entire time" customer. Occasionally, a bouncer will come over and tell the stripper that another customer is asking for a dance. Very often, she'll ask the bouncer to apologize for her but she'll be with a customer (me) for a while. I love that response but don't expect it. I think the best response I"ve gotten from a stripper who wants to do the dance with the other customer, is to make it feel like it's my choice. "Do you mind if I do a quick dance? I'll come right back to you!". Obviously, there's only one right answer from me, "Sure, go ahead, see you in a bit", but for whatever odd reason, this type of exchange makes all the difference for me

    LACES OUT, DAN!
