Hi all,
I realize that there has been some discussion about liposuction on the forums here, and I've looked through them but they're a bit dated and I'm looking for some fresher insights. In the last couple of years, there have been an upsurge in popularity of the non-invasive methods like coolsculpt and liposonix. I'm wondering if any of you guys have experience with either. From what I read, it seems as though liposuction, whether it's the traditional tumescent or the minimally invasive ones like smart or slim lipo, all take a while to yield results just as the non-invasive options I mentioned, but the lipos are more debilitating requiring a garment, punctures and sutures and all that. At this point, I'm leaning towards liposonix because it just makes the most sense to me, intuitively, as being effective. I'm about 5'7, 130 lbs, 25% body fat. I look alright and in my three years in the industry, I've worked almost exclusively in the high-end clubs. I would like to get rid of some of the softness I carry, most especially around my hips, specifically the saddle bag area and some in my belly as to let the muscle underneath show. Yes, I do exercise. I have pretty strong legs underneath the fat, and also pretty good muscle definition in the belly but am starting to get a layer of fat and loosish skin as I'm approaching 30. Yes, I do eat healthy too. But I'm still bottom-heavy and am looking at lipo, invasive or non-invasive to help with that. If you guys have any input or even doctor suggestions in the NoCa or the SoCa area, please respond or pm. Thanks!![]()
