I did the search couldnt find this exact topic.
So I know the club in my city you have to do t least 5 lap dances a night. But in other clubs are lap dances regulated or expected or can you decide not to do them or if you dont want to?

If you can't handle doing LDs, you might as well find another line of work. There are VERY few clubs where you will make enough $$ to support yourself otherwise. If it's a matter of contact, find a club/city that's no-contact where you can get by w/ stage & table dances.
I'd find it curious that the club requires X number of dances minimum for each dancer. What are you supposed to do if you're having a 'I can't give a dance away' shift or it's just a dead nite?

I don't think many clubs require you to do dances, but you really can't make much money without selling floor dances or VIP. I can understand why a club would want you to give x amount of dances if they're taking a percentage from each dance, but that seems sketchy.
It is possible to do okay just from stage, but it's a rarity and not something you should rely on.

I have never worked in clubs that had this minimum, so you don't have to do a minimum in most clubs if you don't feel like it.
I was never big on getting close and personal and doing dances myself, but I put up with it since it's pretty much a necessity in most clubs if you want to make money.
If it's a matter of not feeling like doing dances all the time due to contact levels, I suggest checking out other clubs that offer low contact dances. Even though one club will allow full/heavy contact, the next club down the street may not.
If you're uncomfortable with lap dances, I really urge you to find a stage-centric club and learn to put on a killer stage show. Lap dances (and VIP/CR) are the main way most strippers make their money, and in the majority of clubs, you simply can't live off of stage tips. Now, clubs where that's possible tend to be few and far between, but perhaps you're lucky and in or near an area where there is one. Also, consider working at a go go bar.
Second the go go dancing idea. If I didn't give lap dances or do CRs I would have gone home with $20 last night lol. At the majority of strip clubs lap dances and rooms are your bread and butter.

Speculation is that a club establishing a 'minimum # of private dances' quota is being done as an alternative to charging house fees. Both essentially guarantee that every dancer is generating a minimum of ~$50 ( or whatever ) per shift in revenues for the club. If the OP really likes the club she is working in, I would almost guarantee that the clubowner would accept a nightly $50 house fee payment in lieu of the 5 private dances quota. Of course, after paying that $50, the OP may not walk out of the club with much ( or any ) money if she chooses not to do private dances / VIP's.
You can try a gogo bar or an urban club if you know how to shake your booty. Another alternative is you can apply as a gogo dancer at a regular nightclub.

^I think I would like to do the nightclub thing one day. That sounds cool. But from what I understand it's nonstop movement all night...sounds like good exercise to be honest!
