I'm just starting out, and I've noticed two main issues.
First, leaning on my side for hours on end gets pretty uncomfortable, with my spine bent sideways and my neck on a diagonal. It looks good on cam, but I hold that pose for eight hours and I'm sore and stiff the next day.
Second, I'm starting to get some kind of friction problems with my bedsheets from moving around with my weight on it. I'm worried that if this keeps up then I'll end up with rugburn all down that side.
Am I doing something wrong? Are these preventable problems, or do I just have to power through?
