My skin on my butt/thighs and also stomach is bright red and tender from the friction of lap dances this week. Any solutions to make working tonight less painful?

Don't grind so hard?
I know that probably sounds snarky, but seriously, you shouldn't be riding a guy so hard you give yourself friction burns. Go easier, & also go much slower. Put most of your wgt on your hands & knees to hold yourself up off of him.

It's not from the one guy it's that I've been working all week and my clubs been very busy. I don't want to take a day off because the money is really good before the new year. I move slow and don't press hard but I'm seeing huge volume of guys in my shift. Any recs for skincare?
Try some aloe, ice the area, or maybe rub some zinc oxide ointment like something to protect against skin chaffing
But yeah. Maybe Move into different positions during your dances. Prolong the time it takes for you to get to the contact and do less of it. Save your skin girl!
“Cook for him like a housewife, fuck him good like a nympho….pay the rent and the car note, he invests in me like crypto”

Use a baby blanket when working. Then if irritated use talc powder. Even though it's not good for you.

Great idea thanks! I use a bandana now but a baby blanket would be much softer

Yes! You can buy them at Walmart, etc. They come in about five to a pack in the baby section. You can use a marker and put your name on it. Then you can just leave it in the dance area and put it on the guys lap while doing the dance.

Oh! And an oatmeal bath can soothe your rash.

Yeah, lay off so much grinding. I'm a heavy grinder by my standards and I've never been more than pink/irritated by the end of my busiest nights, completely calmed by the time I got home and went to bed. I cannot imagine how much rubbing you're doing if you ended up inflamed like that. Ultimately, preventing the irritation is the best solution. "Ounces and pounds" and whatnot.
If it happens again in the future, use a gentle cleanser, massage in some aloe, then apply a zinc/calamine cream.
Exotic dancing is like any other job.If you work in an office, you wear dress shoes and a suit.If you work in a restaraunt, you wear skid resistant shoes and a uniform. If you work in a strip club, you wear 7" stilettos and lycra g-strings.

Dermoplast is the best - http://dermoplast.com/ - it is good for sunburn - real burns - bug bites - you name it - instant relief - I found out about it from my daughter - the hospital gave it to her after she had a baby for her episiotomy
This is my favorite zincozide product - it is over the counter but I have had to ask the pharmacist to order it for me before if they didn't carry it on the shelf

Have you been using a new lotion, soap, laundry detergent, etc? My skin turns pink and raw every single time I work, but it has nothing to do with grinding (I do some of the least grindy dances I've ever seen, seriously!) it's because I have sensitive whiny baby skin.
If you haven't been dancing with more friction than usual, it may be that a new product is irritating your skin, and work is exacerbating the problem.

I grind fairly heavily and sometimes get irritated skin also, but the only time it's been really bad is when I was allergic to a certain regular's laundry detergent. I would dance for him and then as the night went on the redness would be exacerabated by rubbing on all the other guys. I used hydrocortizone cream and took oatmeal baths. If you can use a baby blanket I bet that will help a lot, but I took a bit off time off to let things go back to normal.
