    Sad Exhausted during TOM?

I neeeeeeeeeed to work, but it feels like I've gotten the life sucked out of me.
I assume it has to do with being on my period considering it happens every month but I can't take an entire week off work,
Caffeine doesn't really do the trick as it makes my cramps HORRIBLE. I've heard potassium helps, but I haven't really tried.
    Any ideas?
I'm a webcam model and I literally can't stop yawning, I'm super spaced out. It's weird. I'm totally not myself.

    Any tips?

^When I'm at work and hit a wall that coffee or self pep talks won't fix I usually have a pre-workout or a guarana tablet and this helps.

Also, make sure it's not your iron levels (if they are low you can feel fatigued) by taking a supplement during this time. Vitamin B also helps for stress and energy levels.

Vitamin B, Potassium, & Iron are probably your best friends as far as supplements go. My diet is poorly balanced so I know I need to take a few supplements anyway, but I always take at least one extra Iron pill, if not two, since I bleed so heavily. Chocolate has also been my lifesaver today since I started bleeding this morning & have been having cramps + fatigue from hell the last several months.

Beyond that, you know your diet & your personal variables better than any of us. This may be useful to further pinpoint the proper remedy

Make yourself a kit with different things in it. If you don't do the cup...100% cotton tampons help you bleed less bc things like "Rayon" in your tampons make you bleed more, always have your own pair of scissors just for tamp cutting, you're own snacks (salty, sweet, chocolates, fresh fruit), and def a supplement cocktail (B12..lots of it! Vitamin B, Potassium, & Iron + Midol extra strength to take the edge off). Treat it like you're preparing for a day at the spa. Load up on your favorite things to put you in a good mood to begin with and supplement cocktails will keep you up naturally. Nothing wrong with tea, coffee, or redbulls BUT too much means big crash

I always feel this way too, it's crazy painful for me and I tend to break out and feel disgusting. Ugh :/ LimaRitz, I'm going to totally start doing your suggestions!

This happened to me today, I'm on the first day of my period and I was so spacey and tired all day until I opened my cabinet and saw my iron supplements. I took one on an empty stomach and felt better almost instantly. I don't eat a lot, so I'm pretty deficient in a lot of vitamins.

you are probably getting low on iron.
I would say if you are ok with eating a liver, ofc cooked one or even maybe take vitamins made of the liver or a lentil or even apples. i eat a liver or lentil, once i get my period so yes every month i do it. also i drink white tea with a ginger, lemon and honey. it helps me, may help you.
