An example of what, acrobatic pole dancing?
Pole work is honestly not going to make much difference in your earnings unless you're working in an urban or otherwise stage-centric club. I think a couple pole classes certainly don't hurt, just to kinda get your feet under you rhythm-wise, but they aren't the best (read: most cost-balanced) investment of your time/$$ as a brand-new dancer.
If you're asking abt specific pole tutorials, look up DirdyBirdy or Julia Wahl. They both have many videos posted for individual moves as well as combos for all lvls of proficiency, & they break it down so that you learn how to do the move properly(safely), not just how to do it. You can also PM me abt other pole specifics.
Body Business will give you most of the info you need for clothes -- pros/cons of various shoe styles, stores & websites to buy outfits, etc. Dress requirements will vary by club i.e. Bikini/gown/minidress, minimum heel hgts(sm areas have laws on this), etc so that's smtg to ask mgmt when you go to scout a club.
If your areola are really that 'off' you can probably get round that w/ either a good makeup job or sm flashy pasties that cover them both entirely. Pasties can generally be worn in any club, even if the laws/club rules don't specifically require it. Boob uneven-ness -- unless they are cartoonishly uneven, probably won't be noticable.
Twerking is not a necessity, except maybe in urban clubs. I danced 5+ yrs & could flex my bum a bit but no real twerking skills AT ALL -- athletic white girl w/ an ass like the Grim Reaper from Family Guy

Seriously, if I can even get it going my ass practically looks epileptic

I used to joke abt my inability to twerk all the time & customers liked that I could make fun of myself.
