I had a customer wanting a private dance but the dj was calling my name for stage. I asked dj if he could give me some time and I'll go on stage after I sell these dances.
Well this f*cker tells me no he needs me to dance on stage now.
Im pissed because when I get on stage nobody was tipping and to make things worse someone hustled him for a dance by time I get I last stage dance I look over and see he's gone.
it makes no sense to me to be forced to get on stage when I have closed a VIP sale and I could lose money going on stage.
How is hard is it to call the next dancer in line? it was so many dancers last night to chose from but he kept calling me on stage. Which I'm starting to hate now because dudes stay staring but don't tip making it a waste of time and energy. On weekends especially club should encourage and remind them to tip on stage and quit freeloading.
Next time I'm ignoring his a$$. And chosing VIP over stage.
I comlained to to the manager but he act like h couldn't understand why I was upset. Saying that it was so much money in the club that I should be able to make it up. Which it wasn't. I heard a few girls saying they weren't making money and customers complaining about how dead the club was.
Have you sold a private dance at the same time you had to go on stage? Which did you chose to do? Do you get in trouble going to the back for VIP if dj is calling you to get on stage?
