Oh yeah, many times! What helps me is reading the Bible where it said 'if a man does not work, he does not eat'. I love food so that forces me to #stepmypussyup real fast!

You might be a little sick? I felt very weak & dizzy few months ago & took some blood tests just to find out i had a severe anemia i treat now, feeling better already but by nature i am the lazy type-> my tyro gland & other health issues are contributing to this tho i get up & work.

Well, there is something you can try, not sure if you'd want to, but it does work. Juicing or Superfood25 at GNC. You may also need blood work. AliceFun has a point. Go and get you thyroid levels checked, your describing a common theme with females for example recent cycle changes.. Also are signs and maybe more then just laziness..

Big goals are awesome but I like little weekly goals too, like a little treat to buy if I reach goal, so I don't get overwhelmed. Sometimes I treat work like a video game to see how much points (money) I can rack up

I start thinking about what my paycheck will look like. no work = no money. I'd rather go on cam and make 10.00 than not go on and not make shit. I recently started back to camming and I really feel like crap tonight. Tomorrow I am forcing myself back on cam. #no excuses

YES!! If you stay inside a lot, the lack of sunshine will keep you tired. Even if you just take the trash out and stand outside to drink your morning coffee or smoke your cigarette (if you smoke). Also, if you cam in the same room you sleep in your brain is used to you sleeping there so try to hang out in the living room for a while. If it gets REALLY bad your doctor can prescribe Wellbutrin and it will get better, but that's if everything else didn't work. - I just went through this....

If you drink much coffee, tea or energy drinks, try going without them for a while. After 2 or 3 weeks, you will start feeling better (or die)))))

When I feel tired I start eating more pumpkin seeds, canned sardines and oysters to replenish all the iron, B12, zinc and vitamin D my body needs to rejuvenate. Vitamins are not well absorbed by the body unfortunately. If nutritional changes are not helping then yes, you need to get some tests done.

If you're trying to motivate for work, perhaps try doing your makeup while you lay there in bed. Put a movie on, grab a mirror and your makeup bag, and spend a solid hour lazily applying makeup. Don't put any pressure on yourself to do anything other than put makeup on. Once you've finished, you might feel more motivated to work. Just reassess how you're feeling after spending so much time on your appearance.

I like this. I will sometimes turn on my cam without being ready, point cam at wall or something interesting. Then when they start talking to me and I start replying I am mad at myself for not getting ready. So I should put on my makeup before and then do this trick.

Howeeevvvveeerrr..... my laziness is the getting ready part. I hate getting ready part.. wish I woke up and looked like a vixen :-)

Maybe you got a flu? I would recommend a ginger/lemon/honey tea or raspberry infused tea or just warm water. If you can stand an apple cider vinegar you should try a warm water with honey and apple cider vinegar.I went outside yesterday and many ppl are sick, those selfish fucks.
Sometimes laziness, and depression may be a sigh of inflamation. Read about it. I would also recommend fermented cod liver oil, really helps to feel good energized and mood is getting way better.

    Ps. Hahaha god liver oil.

^Dizziness sounds like a sign of anemia. Do you get enough iron? Getting a check up and bloodwork sounds like a good idea. I was lazy and sleepy like this when I was in my early 20's. I think it was partially my weird hours partially just an age thing. It seems like lots of young people have this problem.
I think MissJu meant "cod liver oil". I'm not sure if God has a liver, and if he did, not sure if he'd want us extracting its oil lol.

A few days off usually makes me so antsy that I have to cam. Having a good number of other responsibilities also helps. I just got a part-time vanilla gig waiting tables at a high-end restaurant in my town (because <3 tips, haha) and it's forcing me to stick to working early mornings regularly instead of whenever my ass feels like it. Just camming allowed me to be lazy in a bad way.

Also, getting out of the house. I felt isolated when I was just camming. I love you ladies to bits, but there's something about just seeing people in person--social person or not--that seems to help.

^^Tots agree with that. Since I started my job at an upscale rest. as a hostess, I'm hardly ever too tired to cam, because I get out and am with actual people! The isolation was killing my spirit, not to mention my energy.

This has been hard for me to do too. I have goals though & the thing that has got me out of that rut so far this year has been telling myself "Is this going to get me where I want to be?" Being lazy and doing anything other then working is a short term gratification. I could binge watch movies on netflix all day, but that's not going to get me where I want to be in the long run.

FEAR!.. fear of being homeless, fear of bad credit, fear of starving... fear of my kids going without.. fear of not having choices.. FEAR.. you must not have much fear in your life.. the more coffee you drink the more you stress out your adrenals. and you feel sleepy!.. I am actually backing down from coffee and I can wake up earlier now.. I just a 1 cup difference so far.

The OP said she took vitamins and they just made her sleepier. I firmly believe improper nutrition is the root of many evils, and that one should get the nutrients people pop vitamins for in your food. If you cut out processed food, sugar, caffeine, and eat the good shit you'll see a tremendous difference in your energy levels.
