This pops into my mind sometimes. A friend of mine recently lost her mom so here I am thinking about it again.
The thing is I'm always thinking about how much money Im going to make but what about when its all over. Could my grandchildren still be getting a cheque in the mail from the clips, movies and pictures I made so far in the past??
I cant see the internet going away which means if you post something on C4S or your own site who could profit from when you no longer can? I would be really interested to know if any of you have made a will and what is in it. Who would you leave your content to if you decided to do this? Or perhaps you would request that it is all removed after your gone! And what legally happens to content when the owner is has passed? Is it just like any other estate item that has no will? What if no one even knows it exists?
I dont have kids but I would like something to ensure that my Husband and/or family could continue to profit from me after Im gone. Also I would like to know that there wouldnt be some family battle over who should have custody of my estate.
Kinda weird to think that a video I made last week could still bring in money a hundred years from now but who knows!
Edit: I have a million questions on this but here is one more. What about passwords? Do you leave your passwords somewhere for "just in case". I wonder if you were given ownership of someones content but didnt have the passwords could you use the death certificate and will to get access?? How could someone who wanted to make a will leave passwords for the executor of the will (cause I dont know about you but I change mine often!)?

The thing is though, since he cannot make a will at this point then state law will determine who gets what and how much, so while they might not like it, there should be very little to fight over in terms of who gets what piece of the pie.

) they will know by the way that you are a perv.
