    Default i need some encouragement!

    i know i'm new around here, but i need some words of encouragement!!! in a few hours i'm going in for my first shift (day shift) in over a year. during that time i had my first baby. so i'm just a little nervous and especially about being 25 pounds heavier. we'll see if i make more money being "thick" lol. ahhhhh! i'm just so nervous! what should i eat before i go?

    Eat light. Maybe a lunchmeat sandwich to get sm protein. I always ate half of a 12" Subway or Jersey Mikes sub On my way to work. Pack a couple protein or nutri-grain bars in your work bag, or a small bag of peanuts/goldfish/trail mix to snack on during your shift. Bring a bottle of water that you can keep refilling, & keep REALLY well hydrated.

    Where I'm at a lot of men like thick women. Some don't but oh well on to the next. Plus with dancing and the physical activity you may shed the baby weight while working.
