    Default Day shift dancers?

Is it true that the dancers that work day shift are fat, ugly, unpopular, etc. and the girls that work the night shifts are the hotties? Or a rumor? I've heard this and wanna know some insight into how/why some girls only work day and never weekends/nights?

No, not all day shift dancers are the B-squad and vice versa. We have a few not-so-hot girls on nights and some stunners on day.

I'm a stereotypical Barbie type and I work days because I don't like the young crowd that comes in for nights. I like older men who have money and don't want me to "party" with them. I'm not fond of crowds in general either so slower paced day shift is better for me.

Sometimes they'll put you on day shift if they have too many girls on night shift. That's what happened to me when I got hired during the holidays. It was super slow already and obviously no one wanted to work day shift.

It depends on the club. Personally, I love the day shift. I make more money on day shift than night shift because it is a different kind of hustle and I don't do great at the night shift hustle.

I'd say the girls that work day shift at my club are on par with those who work nights, but they tend to be friendlier and cause less drama.

At my club, they restrict the heavier girls to only days unless they lose weight, but I've noticed that the girls who work days willingly are an interesting combination older mothers, bomb ass hustlers with big-spending regulars, escorts, work at another club/ job during the night. Not all of them are ugly, but I know that if I am working during the day, I am guaranteed some money (unless no one comes in) because I'm usually the best looking one there. I also hustle my ass off and I love men, so that helps too. A lot of dayshift girls are burnt out, but one of my good friends who is gorgeous works dayshift and she loves it.

Not always. At my first club they started me on days to learn the biz. At another club I chose to work some days because they got a heavy working crowd (they were near a law firm for example)and you could make the same as at night.

Depends on the club. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. I've worked at a few dives where this was true. Saw an overweight dancer in her 50s who did not take care of herself well and other girls who looked strung out, etc.

Sometimes working day shift is alright at the right club. At one point I worked days since I ended up with a day routine at the time, and it was okay since those clubs were located in busier downtown sections so it got some kind of business. It was a nice change from the weekend douchebag bachelor parties and other crowds. I still made a majority of my money during night shifts, however.

At my first club apparently day shift was good, the manager wouldn't even let me try it out. There were 2/3rds the amount of girls as night shift, and they all seemed to make decent money. I heard there's more people buying dances and less asking for extras. Plus, it's more professionals and less party boys. The quality of girls I see at shift change seems to be equal.

A club down the street, my friend says they make new girls work dayshift and they won't let you switch to nights. It was rough at first, but now with regulars, she's averaging 500/night. It's a slower hustle, but (apparently) comes with time.

Here is what I've observed; day shift girls are either what you mentioned (fat, unpopular, unattractive, etc), or they are the ones who are "business minded" and have a steady set of regulars who spend lots of money of them. They see them during the day because men who come in on day shifts are usually older, established men with money. A lot of them are retired and married with families. Or you also get your common blue collar workers on their lunch breaks. I find that day shifts at strip clubs are more about business, whereas night shifts are more of a party crowd looking to have fun (which means you often have to hustle).

Not always, trust me. DV has hot girls on all the time. Also at my old club the Friday day shift was an Android mecca. Those 'droids banked.

Day shift girls definitely are not all fat, ugly, etc. I work day shift at my club and although there are some older/thicker girls I also work with legit models and a very well known feature.
EastCoastDancer is absolutely right. The day shift brings in older, well established men. I know for me personally I have a nice group of regulars that consists of wealthy older guys and that's how I make my money. I don't have to "hustle" as much as when I worked nights, and it's a lot less stressful.
I think a lot of day shift dancers are more introverted, quiet girls and prefer working days over the fast paced crazy weekend nights. Not all of them of course, but I have noticed that over the years in most clubs I have worked at.
Also as others mentioned, the day schedule simply fits their life better.

I work day and night shift - day when I have a regular coming in, and night when I want to hustle some new money. I prefer day shift, but like to have the option of taking any shift I want.

Definitely depends on the club, as has already been said. I got hired onto nights right away but started experimenting with day shift about a month ago. Like SammiMinasu, my experience is that guys at my club who come into day shift usually want dances (as opposed to getting drunk while not paying the girls on stage) and I actually end up hustling less during days for roughly the same amount of money.

I love the day shift. Older crowd and more potential for big spending regulars. Plus you work normal hours and don't have to sleep all day. The girls are a mix between young and older hotties.

I've danced day shifts before but I usually have way too much going on during the day.

At my current club, it's a pretty good mix of girls. There are some pretty solid hiring standards, which classes up the day shift. It's just really, extremely, brutally slow, but most customers have money to burn.

At my old club, it was pretty steriotypical. Overweight girls who didn't even bother to dance on stage and would just go back to the CR without much chit chat when their regulars came in. A couple of much older women. One freely admitted to a herion problem and the other who has ads on Backpage and was using the club to find new clients. There was a core group of good dancers who worked day shift because of scheduling, but the last time I saw them, they were having trouble making their house fee, with the exception of one girl who was incredibly gorgeous and had plenty of regulars.

6-9 months ago, it wasn't so bad but extras girls moved in and management encouraged it.

I've waitressed day shifts in WA and it seemed pretty classy. The dancers and customers seemed a bit older and more refined, but it wasn't trashy or extrasnridden.

You know what's funny, one of my FAVORITE clubs was the complete opposite of what you would expect. The dayshift girls were literally so hot... way hotter than the nightshift girls. They all had fake boobs and really pretty faces. They all had regulars. But it looked a little funny during shift change when all the hotties were leaving and the not as hot girls would come in.

I would love to work during the day if I knew there would be a steady stream of customers. Getting off before 2 am sounds ideal. But I'm always afraid it will be really dead and I won't make much so I just always work nights.

You should try it out. I think it's more quality than quantity customers.
