    Default Do your feet get numb?

    My feet get numb after about an hour... Is this normal?? I wear 6 inch Pleasers

    hmmm... my feet never got numb at work. Even my first few times, just very very sore. Sounds like it may be normal but if not or it's getting worse, I would see a doctor.

    Your shoes might be too tight. Have you tried heating up the top part of your shoes with a hairdryer to soften the plastic and make it easier to stretch? This might need to be done several times if they're new shoes until they eventually get "broken in." Otherwise perhaps a different size/brand would be more comfortable for your feet.

    I never even thought of doing that. The thick plastic band where your toes go is a bit tight, it cuts into my big toe

    This happened with a pair of shoes I used to wear. I eventually stopped wearing them because they were the patent leather type of shoes, which don't seem to stretch as easily and were causing my feet to go numb. Now I just try to go for the clear plastic ones because I know I can stretch those more easily!
