I read that it's normal, but I look like I am 6 months pregnant. I am 3 days post op and uncomfortable. How long does this last and what has anyone done to reduce the bloat or abdominal swelling?

It happens. Just minimize sodium intake.

Congratulations on your new boobs! Potassium supplements can help reduce bloating by assisting in flushing the sodium from your system. Check with your doctor first though to make sure that's okay.

Oh yeah and for god's sake don't pig out on croissants like me lol!

Drink plenty of water, a squeeze of lemon adds a natural diuretic effect.
A fair amount of swelling system wide is your body's autoimmune response to the foreign materials you have just added, and it will go down as your system adjusts.

Walking! Feeling bloated is pretty common after surgery. I don't remember all the fine details, but generally after you get a general anesthetic it stops your bowels. I don't know if that's what you got. But usually after a surgery your bowels have to 'wake up' again, plus whatever pain killers they're giving you on top of having surgery also slow down your bowels.
As long as your surgeon says its okay, its really good to get up and walking around as soon as you can, movement will help bowel motility. Sorry if this bowel talk was kind of gross lol.

It should. I never dealt with BA post-ops, but I remember seeing other post-ops and the bloating was a common complaint.
Usually if it is just regular bloating I'd recommend something more 'holistic' so to speak, but I don't know your post-op teaching and don't want to recommend anything especially if they've prescribed pain killers and stuff like that. If it's a big problem after a few days best suggestion would be to ask your surgeon on what else can help.

I'll also throw in on walking. Added blood flow will help healing, breathing and flexation of the rib cage will help with mobility and relief of stiffness. Pretty much anything that may ache, but not truly hurt should be safe unless you were warned against it.
If its nice outside try getting a little sun shine to help keep your spirits up.
Ah, I dealt with that too. I looked like i was about 5 or 6 months pregnant, no joke. It does suck. I believe that mine was related to constipation due to the pain pills. You might be having that issue too. I know tmi territory here, lol. Just drink lots of water, walk around, eat fruits and veggies especially ones containing fiber. If you're on pain pills the bloating will likely go away once you're done taking them. I'm 3 weeks post op and my bloating subsided by the 2nd week. Hopefully yours goes away soon! Feel free to message me any time if you have any questions. I'm on medical leave and bored out of my mind here.
