Default Body Rubs: Rent a Space or Book a Room?

    Hi ladies,

I was a lurker on here, but decided to finally join!

I'm looking to do body rubs as a way to make money so I can full invest in my website, photographs, and other necessities for escorting.

The only thing that's holding me back is where to do my body rubs. If I rent out of a space, I wouldn't want to be required to sign a 1+ year lease, nor would I want noisy neighbors inquiring about what I'm doing. If I book a hotel room, I'm not sure if it'd be worth it. Spending 100-200 on a room, and having a few clients for the day.

My area is metro, but not major. How do most women go about this?

I have a business unrelated to this industry, and money saved, so another option is to just scratched body rubs and start building my escorting business. Buuuuut body rubs are calling my name, I just want to make sure I make the right decision location wise!

    thanks!

AMP! They key to getting into most parlor is to go meet the owner and say you have your own client base .

I personally would not go to an AMP but would meet independents in an apartment complex or office / mixed use building. (While not a very frequent customer, I suspect there are many like me.)

Maybe find a building where the owner has vacant space, tell him you're a web designer, or similar, looking to have a quiet space to work and meet with the occasional client, see if they'll take a month-to-month until you can get established. Not sure what part of country you're in, but most landlords are no where near full occupancy.

Yeah, I heard AMPs get busted more. Plus, I'm not Asian and feel like that draw attention to me.

As far as renting, I've seen some ads for places that I could afford, I'm just wondering how they'd screen, monitor, me. Like if I made up an occupation.

Sorry, I've only rented my current apartment, and they needed a lot of information in order for my friend and I to rent.

I know how you all looove hearing client opinions But I can describe how things work in my city (major city), at least as a customer. First, in this area, AMPs are not an option if you're looking to stick to bodyrubs and get decent $ for it, for a whole host of reasons, from the fact that they are a high priority for law enforcement, to low prices for high level sexual activities, at least in my city. Renting an apartment for a year by yourself is too expensive and too much commitment for most providers in this area; only the really high-end established girls here can afford it. And hotel rooms don't work -- bodyrub clients don't like them, and the very few girls who work out of hotels are the exception to the rule, and make up for the hotel room by being particularly spectacular.

In my area (and many others), there are groups of independent bodyrub girls -- all body rub girls, only bodyrub girls -- who will rent an apartment and either share the costs, or one woman will rent the apartment herself and the others will rent time from her. If you only have a few customers a day, you pay a fee based on that. If you have no customers, no fee. On the downside, you can't work on days when other girls have already booked the place up. This is by far the most popular model where I am, I have met very few bodyrub providers who are the only one working out of their apartment.

In my area, AMPs are a high-level law enforcement priority; I have not heard of a bodyrub bust in many years, in our major city (happens sometimes in the smaller surrounding cities).

In my region, the smartest move is to priceline a moderate cost hotel room OR get a weekly rate room, and move every couple days to a week.

Renting an apartment is a bad idea because the ultimate risk is having a "client" come back and either robbing or assaulting you. There are other risks associated with using an apartment, but those are the two outcomes any individual worker should be careful about.....

Overall you get better value/word of mouth from working out of hotels....Everything is cleaned properly/daily and with care, no one will notice or say anything.

Where I live most girls either do it out of your houses or rent studios. Hotels are too costly and too risky.

DO NOT do it out of your house. You really want strange men who could be murderers and rapists knowing your address, from which they could get your real name? Try to find an established girl or studio. Rent a room instead of working under someone, you need to keep as much money as possible

Why not just go to the persons house? Or rent a trailer type of vehicle; that way you're never in the same spot

This is the million dollar question I'm wondering myself. I would prefer to rent out a studio and work out of it, but I just don't know how to go about it. Where I'm located in a pretty busy city, there are MP busts/raids happening every other week it seems even though BP is booming with ads for escorts, FBSM providers, etc.

I'm torn between being a FBSM provider and webcam modeling. Obviously both has it's pro's & con's.
