That's pretty cool, but I am glad it was catch and release.
Was it not dead? It wasn't really even moving. Just curious if they catch them and they're already dead or about to die then why not eat them? I don't eat to much of it myself but catfish is a delicacy in these parts.

Aww.^ Some one made a comment on the article, saying they wished they could see it swim away, which I also would've liked to see. It prob. was worn out, poor thing.

I know that carp will grow indefinitely if they have the food and space to do so. I wonder if that is also true of catfish? I'm glad the man released it back into the wild.
