Default Getting out of a required shift

    Hey Ladies,

I'm relatively new at my current club and have been working there for over a month. The club requires me (and all new girls) to work 8 Saturday day shifts within 12 weeks. So far I've done 4 shifts and I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT! Every time I leave work, I feel disgusted with myself. I feel so dirty and often cry when I get home. I constantly get molested by guys groping my breasts and thinking they can eat my pussy for $20. On average, I make the least and have the most headaches with Saturday day shift. Of course there are good and bad customers with every shift, but Saturday day shift seems monopolized by pathetic losers. However, weekday day shifts and night shifts are a lot better. Customers are more respectful and push my boundaries less. All in all I'm happy with the money I'm making at my current club (excluding Sat day shift), so I don't want to leave just yet. Is there anything I can tell management to get me out of Sat day shift? I really don't want to waste another 4 Sats and suffer the mental hardships of handsy and disrespectful customers. P.S. I've definitely vocalized to other dancers and management about how much I hate Sat day shift.

    Thank you in advance!

Jfc, no wonder they're trying to force girls into working dayshift.

Is there any possible way to get out of this club? I couldn't tolerate BS like that.

My club requires us to work 1 sunday a month, but sometimes I don't show up and they never notice.

Conveniently get another job or commitment that requires your presence on Saturday afternoons. If that won't fly, call in sick every Saturday afternoon. Or maybe try and slide a tip over to whoever does the schedule while telling them Saturdays are a no-go for you.

honestly I just wouldn't show up for shifts I didn't want to work even though we were "required" to work X amount of days a week. Only once did a manager notice and I just played dumb/he shrugged it off. I would just "forget" about those shifts and make sure you're always on time, ready, act professionally and tip generously the other days that you work. It's better to ask for forgiveness than permission in this case.

I quit working day shifts for pretty much the same reason. The club I work there is no one to watch the VIP area and guys who are wise to the game know this come to the club during the day to specifically try and get extras.

If talking rationally to the managers doesn't work then maybe time to look for a backup club.

I can definitely work at other clubs in my area. However, I really like some of the other shifts at this club and usually tend to make good money. I would prefer to stay for now and just not work Saturdays.

Nope, I would just find another club and tell them I quit....or not. I haven't been back to my first club or the second one (on my third and comfy now) in months. But then again, I'm militant. But seriously, find another club. You should be able to come in whenever you like and you'll be resentful of the lack of flexibility.
