    Default Interview in 2 hours...

I'm actually not freaking out like I thought I might! Just a bit nervous, but overall excited

My question is this: What should I generally expect at the interview? Is it the same as an audition? I was told to bring my I.D. but nothing else...I have a few outfits and I plan to keep my new "stripper kit" in my car just in case.

Hard to say without know what club you're talking about. It's possible it's an audition, though I have heard of the odd club or two where they actually do have an interview. Could also be that you're hired and just have to fill out paperwork, which would explain why you just have to bring your ID. In any case, bring your bag of gear just in case, but it sounds like you might get put on a schedule or at least told to come back to actually start dancing on a different day. A bit convoluted, but not totally unusual. Good luck!

Thanks! I don't know why I even made that post, I guess it was pre-potential stripper jitters. Haha. Everything I'm doing right now is a first, so I'm sure it's normal.

But it went great! The club owner seemed nice and was very firm about defining the club as a "gentleman's club" (rather than a dive/extra's place) and went through rules and standards. The club itself is so cool! I think I'll actually be pretty bummed if I don't get hired. They're almost to their typical maximum number of dancers, but they made it seem like I had a good chance. IDK. I just tried to seem enthusiastic and genuinely interested in the position and the club itself - which I am anyway.

I have an audition next week!
