Everyone has their definition of what a "bad bitch" is but I'll paste my own to give you an idea of the body I want. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to come as close to this as possible and I wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions or tips to help me get there. TIA!
My main goal is to lose weight (I'm 254 as of today, yikes!) but I feel if I get under 150 with my height I might not have enough fat to shift around for surgery. I was aiming for 135 but I believe I'll look way too thin to pull off this look.
Genetics: My mom has a natural (stops traffic) coke bottle/hourglass shape but unfortunately I only inherited bits of herHere are some images of my body as I'd like to be as realistic in my approach as possible. I don't really have hips, most of my fat is stored in my upper body and mid section. I stand 5'7" with a somewhat long torso and I'm quite busty though the photo doesn't really show it. In the photo I am a bit hunched over.
This photo below was taken when I lost weight a few years ago at about 216lbs.
Here is an image of the body I'd like to achieve. Fortunately for me I believe once the weight is off I'll be "close" but I may need some surgery, especially in the booty meat and hip area.
My options for achieving this look so far are:
corset training
liposuction
Brazilian Butt Lift
fat transfer (hips)
tummy tuck (huge possibility)
arm lift (another possibility)
breast lift and possible fat transfer or augmentation(as of yesterday, I'm officially an J cup!)
lunges, squats, dead lifts
