    Default I want to be a BADDDD bitch!

    Everyone has their definition of what a "bad bitch" is but I'll paste my own to give you an idea of the body I want. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to come as close to this as possible and I wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions or tips to help me get there. TIA!

    My main goal is to lose weight (I'm 254 as of today, yikes!) but I feel if I get under 150 with my height I might not have enough fat to shift around for surgery. I was aiming for 135 but I believe I'll look way too thin to pull off this look.

    Genetics: My mom has a natural (stops traffic) coke bottle/hourglass shape but unfortunately I only inherited bits of her Here are some images of my body as I'd like to be as realistic in my approach as possible. I don't really have hips, most of my fat is stored in my upper body and mid section. I stand 5'7" with a somewhat long torso and I'm quite busty though the photo doesn't really show it. In the photo I am a bit hunched over.


    This photo below was taken when I lost weight a few years ago at about 216lbs.


    Here is an image of the body I'd like to achieve. Fortunately for me I believe once the weight is off I'll be "close" but I may need some surgery, especially in the booty meat and hip area.



    My options for achieving this look so far are:
    corset training
    liposuction
    Brazilian Butt Lift
    fat transfer (hips)
    tummy tuck (huge possibility)
    arm lift (another possibility)
    breast lift and possible fat transfer or augmentation(as of yesterday, I'm officially an J cup!)
    lunges, squats, dead lifts

    Yes, 135 would be too thin for that look, especially since you're 5'7".

    I'm 5'4" and I weigh 155. Im kinda shaped like that but my boobs are little lol. I can upload a pic if you want.

    How did you lose weight a few years ago? Your shape looked great. I dont think you'd need all that surgery.

    Caramel, to answer your question I gymed it about 5-6 days a week. Cardio for about 30-60 min (treadmill and elliptical walking at a 3.5 brisk pace with spurts of high intense cardio running) followed by strength training 3 days a week. I also followed an 80/20 rule when it came to eating and ate on saucer plates. I'd have that occasional chilly dog and ice cream but 1 serving size, no seconds and I would eat mainly organic. Half veggies on my plate and like 4oz of fish, turkey, or chicken on the days I ate healthier. Also, I'd love to see a pic of you if you don't mind!

    I wish I could stick to a routine like that. Im eating a hot pocket right now. lol. Will you try it again?

    I didnt have any hips until I had children but I know thats not how you want to get em

    But I swear, once you get close to your desired weight and achieve a cinched waist, you'll see you wont need to enhance your hips with surgery

    Girl, you better WERKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK. Absolutely love your look. #youzabadbitch haha. Yes, I'm going for the same routine I did because I know it works. I've just cleared my schedule so I really have no excuse and will be getting on it first thing. I'm waiting for my transfer to go in at my new gym which should take 3 business days or less. Right now I'm back to eating better (had a salad and talapia earlier) and have been doing some work out sessions on youtube from home.

    Yeah, my mom said she went from a size 4 and had me and was an 8 and stopping traffic. She said when I have kids I'll get hips and bigger tits but I'm going to have to go a different route because children are not on my list, lol. I agree, I've been playing with my figure in the mirror and I notice when I pull my waist up and bring the fat in my butt looks perky and hips seem to appear out of nowhere. I'll just have to make sure my waist is dipped in. Thanks for the encouragement and new badbitchinspiration, Caramel.

    I'm in your same boat KK. Except I'm 5'7 248. That's after I've lost almost 30 pounds. I've been 133 pounds before and felt that was too thin for me and looked nothing like that pic you posted. I'm aiming to be 170-160. That's about a size 10 for me. Good luck! I'm sure you can do it!

    Do you plan on going back to the diet? I am currently on it and it works so well! I am dancer so I get the cardio at work.

    I am 5'4", I went from 135 to 120. I currently use waist cinchers, I wear them practically 24/7 and I see a significant difference. Only been wearing them that long for 2 weeks though.

    Yeah, that pic I posted I was 216lbs. I wear weight well but it's not an excuse to be obese! You can do this bb. I think I'll have it at a size 6/8 at 155/160 but we shall see.

    Yes, I'm actually going back on the 80/20 lifestyle change as well. As soon as my transfer is good I'll make the gym near me my home gym (I work out at a pretty large gym franchise) as I just moved states. I have a work out waist cincher but I don't have any training ones as of now. I do plan on it though as I've seen positive reviews on two of them from amazon that I want. I don't plan on wearing them 24/7 but I will wear them a few hours at a time.

    You HAVE to cut out processed foods, sweets and booze. Basically anything that comes out of a box or bottle doesn't need to go into your body.

    Walk a lot until you are slim enough to jog without hurting your knees and ankles. Then do cardio.

    You around the same height as Jennifer Hudson & she lost a LOT of weight through Weight Watchers (IMO too much weight actually). Google her meal plan and workout plan.

    BTW you will have a lot of muscle, since you are taller and curvy. It's a good thing. Get a trainer to do a BMI check to help you know for sure where you are supposed to be for your height and body composition.

    Another great diet aid is a crockpot (they cost about $20) you can cook a lot of soups and stews that are diet-friendly, & have extra time for work outs in the evening while the crockpot cooks (most need 3-6 hours to cook, depending on what is in it.)

    You can really see your figure well in that 216 pic. I bet you'd be slim at 180, "bad bitch"-style at 170-ish. I'm tall-ish too, about 5'8". We can carry more weight than people think. ;-)

    It's really all about muscle. Have you ever hired a trainer? Lifting heavy weights will give you a killer waste and ass. It'll probably knock a few of those possible procedures off that list and save you cash, too.

    I had someone at my gym go over a workout routine with me which includes weights. I'd like to do cardio mixed in with strength training and then after I drop the weight I'd love to focus on lifting.

    You're right about us carrying our weight well. Even now I'm 256lbs (FUckkkkkk) and some guys will come into my room and claim I'm not a true bbw or people will guess my weight wrong.

    Just an update ladies! I seem to be bouncing from 254-256. I'm a whopping 4lbs over my highest weight. I was able to stay at 232 for years but obviously I've put on weight.

    Before I was going to go a whole year without looking at the scale but I think now i'll start checking once a week or once every two weeks so I don't obsess over it. I could totally hide it, eat healthy, work out and that would work too. I've just recently went back to eating shitty but I notice my ass is getting bigger in a really good way (image wise) however I know that eating crap might make your ass phat but eating healthier will make the rest of you fit and squats can make your ass round and juicy, too.

    That being said I'm going to cut back on the junk, eat more veggies, try and get back into my gym/exercise mode at least 5 days a week like I did before, eat on saucer plates again, and focus on my health. I realize the more water I drink the more I crave it and choose it over sugary drinks and I really enjoy that because I usually HATE water. Also, water makes my skin look great! I get the water by the case now and I go through that shit quickly. I'd like to drop at least 32lbs by August. It's a new month so I'm going to get this into gear. They say to fully change/start a new habit is to do it for at least 66 days so I'm starting now and will update you all. Thanks!

    Drinking water is one of the best things to do when it comes to being healthy. I found this bottle on the hunt app and brought 2. Go to www.motivationalbottle.com my babysitter made one out of a gallon jug if you don't want to pay for it. It has how much water you should be drinking by the time of day. They also offer one with an infuser.

    Thanks for the update! The bolded stuff really is the magic trick to weight loss. Boring old veggies, less crap and exercise. It works for me too when I bother to do it.

    And the water.

    And yeah, big squat ass > big big ass any day. Keep at it lady, you'll get there. And your goal is good and realistic! You can do it!
