This is the one I bought and i LOVED it!!! It was sturdy and could handle my 190 lbs at the time.

I only recommend X pole. I also really love studio veena for training videos. I believe she sells the poles as well.

There's an oldie-but-goodie set of advice on the SW Newbie Board here: ; I don't have one myself, but the research I've done seconds the suggestion of an X-Pole. For 45 vs 50 mm, the advice I've seen is that 45 is better for small hands, but if you're thinking of ever dancing in a club they usually have 50.

For stripper-ish advice in general, remember there's a whole world of Stripper Web outside Camming Connection :p

I also recommend x-pole. Have you read all the reviews for the poles you posted? I know some (most) poles specifically say they aren't for tricks. Most are just for barely leaning on. Honestly the money is worth it in this case. My friend has platinum stages and she loves it.. I haven't tried it out yet but I love my x-pole. 50 mm.

If you type in "DIY stripper pole" on google there are some decent tutorials to basically make your own pole for cheap, but I've never tried em out.
