    Default Minimum equipment to cam

How high of quality is it necessary for your computer to be in order to cam successfully? I have a pc that's about 10 years old with Windows XP and a separate webcam. Unfortunately it does have a habit of freezing so I was thinking of getting a notebook instead. Would that do? It only has a 11 inch screen.

IF the notebook is a brand new model above 3 years old or newer you can cam on it.

AS for webcams You want to invest in the best you can buy Here is a list of webcams I rate as top quality.

    Logitech Pro 9000
    Logitech HD Webcam C270
    Logitech 310

    Microsoft Live CamHD-5000
    Logitech c615
    Logitech BCC950 (wireless remote control)
Logitech ConferenceCam CC3000e (wireless remote control)

I was thinking of trying it with my pc but I'm worried that it would freeze at the wrong moment and I would get bad reviews.

Logitech C920 is currently on 40% sale. It's one of the best webcams out there.

I just bought a logitec c920 and I LOVE it.

Sometimes I cam from my husbands notebook computer and use the built in webcam. The screen is small, which is annoying until you get used to it, but other than that, it works great.
