Default Hot Pink or Baby Pink for Pale Skin?

Hi I was wondering if any of you ladies thought that hot pink or baby pink looked better on very fair skin? I'm afraid of hot pink looking off, or creepy somehow and baby pink I know is flattering but might make me look, I dunno, too precious? i have blonde hair and blue eyes and look a little angelic anyways. I love the bright colors but I think they can look unusual on super fair ppl. Everyone I see who wears neon is tan. I'm just sick of black and I really like pink.

From one porcelain lady to another, avoid pink.

Yeah, I only can wear pink when I have a tan. Pink is really not your friend. I really like bubblegum pink and hot pink when I am tan. But an alternative to pink is a light coral which might make you look peachy or washed out depending on your skin.

I'm pale and I love wearing bright colors. I think the contrast can be really flattering if you do it right. Neons are usually too harsh on me, but I love darker bright colors (jewel tones are great). I wear a lot of red, royal blue, and teal. I've found that light pink washes me out completely because it's practically my skin tone, but darker/brighter pinks are fine. Here are some pics of me wearing pink and reddish orange:

I personally think that medium rosy pinks look great on people with pale skin, especially blondes. It really just depends on your undertones.

    ^ whoa your are beautiful!!
i'm incredibly pale naturally, almost to the point of looking blue and i love salmon, watermelon, dusty rose kind of pinks..darker pinks with blue undertones. if you have reddish undertones then do corals and peaches. but there is no hard and fast rule

A girl in my club is super pale and has this really light pink outfit and it does not look good at all. I would say bright pink if anything.

I used to bank in a bubblegum pink outfit when I was a salamander-colored newb. Just try on lots of colors and see what looks best! I'm very yellow-toned even when pale, so if you're blue- or pink-toned YMMV.

I thought the question was from a dancer.

Yeah, on cam, you can make almost any color work because you can adjust your lighting. But at the club, a lot of times they have blue lights and it makes pale skin look horrible, and even worse with pink.

Yeah you're right, those pics probably aren't the two best examples because the lighting is different. I had cool toned bulbs in my lamps in the first pic and pink bulbs in the second. I was just speaking in general though from my experiences with dressing for all sorts of things (on cam, on stage, in natural light etc).

Go for hot pink. One of my oldest friends who is 60 told me that guys love neon on strippers.....It's really eyecatching. (This guy also frequents strip bars lol) I personally noticed a lot more annoying customer behavior when I wore neon (they were more aggressive about getting my attention.)

Hot Pink! always go for darker colors and avoid light colors, they look washed out with pale skin.

Thanks for all of the responses! They're very helpful! It certainly seems like pale pink isn't the way to go. I especially like the bright coral idea but I think I'm gonna go with hot pink too! I have pale olive skin which means that I have no pink undertones which means I get like supernaturally white in the winter...and I don't tan or use tanning lotions or anything. Thankfully I will be tan (ish) soon...well the summertime!

If you want a color to make you look tan, try chartreuse..it's a neon-ish greenish yellow. Sounds weird, but I'm pale & one of the 1st outfits I got was that color it made me look tan w/o anything else!
