    Default Dinner Time Lag?

Around 5 every day until about 8 I get this massive, mind numbing slow down. Like just dragging. I always want to take a nap around that time. I think its because everyone is at dinner. Does this happen to anyone else? Should I indulge my urge to rest?

I would rest...I have my best days when my energy is buzzing.

I get a 3-5pm est lull and an 11-midnight lull almost daily. I normally take the time to make dinner and walk my dog before getting back on. It definitely refreshes me.

That time is always hit or miss with me.
