    Default Do you like Baths or Spa Soak treatments?

    I found this page about various bath soak recipes and it looked so good I had to share- comments are worth a quick read too.....

    My new house has a tub and I can't wait, esp as we are in Autumn and gearing up for Melbourne winter....

    Oh absolutely. I'd be lost without my Jacuzzi tub. I also make my own 'soaks' from my garden herbs ( mostly peppermint or ginger ).

    Yes, we share an interest in "Earth medicine".
    I also infuse high quality oils with my herbs and various spices as a hair treatment.

    I like hot Epsom salt baths, the salts have various herbs: lavender, eucalyptus
