No offense but is this for real? Strip clubs in that area would be very sketchy underground ones.
I had a stripper friend who lived in Dubai who told me that. She doesn't work there because of the risk.
I was just asking a simple question.
Wouldn't set foot in the country. Kiss someone on the cheek? =Almost 3months -3 years in prison.
Someone rapes you? = PRISON FOR YOU.
NO.. JUST NO.

That's a little OTT tbh. My friends there have sex and party and stuff but they just make sure it's done discreetly and privately. Sex at their own house, party in a closed club. Strip clubs would definitely be off limits even if it was private.
It seems like a nice country but you just have to behave yourself.
If you're skilled at pole work maybe try working as an instructor at a studio there instead?
Agree with others that being a stripper in Dubai seems risky.

Honestly, if you really wanna work in Dubai I'd suggest hostessing or waitressing or something. Pay in Dubai is ridiculously high so you can make money to bring home without stripping.
I've met people who work as cabin crew for Emirates (Etihad too, but they're based in Abu Dhabi) and it seems quite nice, even though the job itself is boring you do get to travel a lot and your salary is tax-free etc.
My post may have seemed harsh OP.
Look what has happened to women that go there that have NOTHING to do with the adult industry.
^ just look at that list of what is considered "offensive". Even a hug seen by the wrong person.
^ She was working in a hotel and was ruffied by the people that work with her. Could you imagine waking up to having a train run on you. What's creepy is how these men orchestrated the rape.
I remember one night I went out clubbing and met a man from Dubai. He said "ooh you should come with me to Dubai you'd love it". I told him I woundn't set foot in that country. His response : Smart Woman. AGGG that gave me the chills. He kept trying to offer me drinks but I scurried away from him.

I unfortunately did not see the original post but can get the gist. I would imagine the clubs are more hostess clubs then "strip clubs" and since there is probably a 95% chance of your getting raped as their is no recourse for you I would say stay away. I was reading a similar article the other day (sorry to say I can't remember where) about women who were being lured into going to Dubai to work as high end escorts; being flown on private jets and given expensive gifts but then once there are sexually brutalized, gang raped, beaten and tortured.
To me it seems like the entire country has adopted a culture of distorting muslim political law (which is not based on true Muslim doctrine); ie its ok to dance in licensed clubs, and to drink alcohol if you have a license (aka the money to pay for this right) in order to allow a playground for wealthy sociopaths.

I know from men I've befriended that the bulk of adult industry girls in Dubai are Eastern European....meaning that you bring nothing special to the table as a Western female. I've also dealt with Middle Eastern men as an escort and some are GOD awful to women. BTW there are famous people (like Daft Punk) who refuse to work in certain Middle Eastern cities due to humans rights concerns. In short, going to Dubai is risking personal injury or at the very least massive annoyance. If rich people won't go somewhere they obviously know something the rest of us don't.

Yeah, Dubai is shady as fuck! Its a scary place for women because the men there have such hateful, misogynistic attitudes towards them. And its different from western men, much more extreme. If you think men in this country treat adult industry girls badly, they seem like saints compared to men in the middle east. I've heard about girls going on yachts in Dubai as models/companions, and the men will literally shit on them.
Closing.
