Hey ladies,
I posted a thread some months ago while I was casing clubs in advance for my move down to Florida and got some good information from you all. I think I've decided to work at Monroe's, but I have some questions and I'd like to hear answers from girls who have worked there/have gone there. I would like to go in advance just to check the place out before I audition but I was told by management via phone that they usually have the girls work the rest of the shift once their audition is over, and due to my schedule I can't drive all the way up there just to look at it for 15 minutes and leave.
Dress code - I was told it's cocktail dresses during the day and gowns at night. I have never worked at a place like this, so I would have to buy a new dress just to audition. This is probably a dumb question, but do girls wear lingerie underneath these dresses or just their panties?(All of my work clothing consists of lingerie and chemises) Is dancing in a dress difficult to take on and off constantly? I'm concerned about fumbling with zippers and such. The only dress I own currently is a completely sheer lace dress, is that acceptable or does it need to be a dress that I could wear on the street?
Money - Some of you said to me, or through the perusing the search function that while the stage money is good, that the selling of dances isn't very commonplace. I also read it's pretty slow during the day shift. Is this the kind of place where you're making your money with VIP or the kind of place where you don't make money at all unless you get lucky? Haha.
Thanks in advance!
