This is a topic I'm a self-proclaimed expert on. And the deduction for 'professional sized' breast implants is no joke. I have successfully claimed this deduction myself.
Some years back, a feature dancer with stage name Chesty Love was audited due to attempting to write off some huge medical expenses related to her ~4000cc breast implants. The IRS initially denied her business expense tax deduction based on the 'housewife test' ... i.e. that thousands of 'housewives' get breast implants every year with absolutely no business reasons for doing so.
Rather than take the $10,000 ( or whatever ) 'hit' in additional taxes, Chesty Love appealed the IRS auditor's decision in tax court. She made the case that her breast implants were so large that they offered no personal benefit in 'real life' ... and in fact created negative reactions in everyday 'real life' situations. The federal tax court judge ruled in her favor ... based on the premise that her 'professional sized' breast implants were sufficiently large as to not be beneficial in any environment outside of her 'business' pursuits ( essentially equating them to 'stage props').
As a result of the resulting Chesty Love letter ruling by the IRS tax court, other girls can attempt to use her court decision to justify writing off their own breast implant costs. But this also means other girls must be in a similar situation ...
- must work in a profession where 'bigger tits means bigger tips'
- must get breast implants which are well beyond the size range which 'housewives' might get for purely personal reasons
While there is no hard and fast 'cutoff' in regard to eligible implant size, it is generally accepted that implants of 1000cc or less ( each ) would fall in the 'housewife' category ... thus subject to an attempted business expense tax deduction being disallowed. Additionally, by a specifically targeted law, cosmetic procedures of any kind don't qualify for a personal 'medical expense' tax deduction either. Thus writing off the costs of a set of implants filled to 1100cc+ should be a legitimate business expense tax deduction. However, if getting to 1100cc first requires a set of 600cc implants, the cost of the 600cc implant procedure is NOT tax deductible.
On a side note, Chesty's claim to the world's largest breasts has long since been superseded by many other feature dancers ! A couple of girls are now up in the 10,000cc ( each ) range !!!

You're in the UK, right? You'd have to see if there's any UK precedent, similar to Chesty Love in the US with the IRS, to see if it'd actually fly for you. And as with Chesty Love, I'm sure it would have to be for rather extreme implants!
