    Default man arms

soooooo i love pole tricks. & im pretty good at them.. most pole tricks use a lot of arm strength and as a result from that i have pretty manly, buff arms. any tips on how to fix this? i hate it lol.

I cut down on training upper body as much years ago because I had this issue too, I would get 'Madonna' arms and shoulders and defined pecs too easily. If you are naturally quite athletic it's gonna happen TBH. Now I'm in my 30s I am naturally 'softer' with a bit more body fat which is a blessing in my opinion(boob implants helped too), but my upper body strength is not good, it's somewhat of a trade off I think. I chose aesthetics over strength but the feeling of a strong capable body is amazing!

If it bothers you a lot, something you could do is look at slightly upping your body fat percentage to get a softer look. Also, maybe add some form of exercise that counteracts the muscle building effects, like yoga or pilates to focus on streamlining the muscles as opposed to bulking.

I have the same exact problem! It's hard because I love the feeling of the upper body weight training. I backed off of the pole tricks also for this exact reason because I think they tend to require tricep strength which is really what makes you look big.

Strong defined arms are hooot. I have them and always have, I build muscle in my legs and arms easily and now I am in my mid thirties I am even more happy to have them. A fit upper body makes you more proportional, it gives you more of an hour glass figure. And as I age it's kept my boobers perky and has kept me from getting bye bye arms.

I hate my arms for this reason, they bulk when I work them out etc. The only thing that has worked for me, as others have said, is to loose over all body fat (then they look more lean and less big).

I love my huge, "manly" arms! It was my biggest tool to weed out potential men; any man with smaller arms was automatically disqualified as a potential suitor. It always worked. Even at my heaviest, they stayed toned and didn't gain too much fat. I'm a mesomorphic; I gain muscle mass super easily, but I also need tons of exercise to stay in shape (which is both good and bad). I'm like the only person that can actually exercise a bad diet away (I can eat crap food as long as I exercise a whole lot), although I don't like bad diets because I have a genetic predisposition to the

I love pushups, and pullups, and all sorts of upper body exercises. I can't get enough of them; my arms had helped get men who are confident in their body image.
