Default When you set your own CR prices... And all the other girls are cheaper uuughhh

Many clubs down here let you charge what you want for the VIP. At one club iWork at its 100 for the club for 30 min and then you name your own price. I charge 200 (believe me I would like more and usually I start with 250 or 300 to have wiggle room).

unfortunately pretty much ALL the other girls charge 100 and it is known. Even when a guy has never been to the club, he will find out quickly from other girls.

what to do to convince them to go with me? You have no idea how many times a guy likes me best, but thrn he feels 'hustled' by me when he hears that other girls only want 100.

100 is not worth my time, that's 5 dances, and especially when it's busy I might make more just from tips.

That's kind of nice though...because depending on the night, you can alter your prices if you want. Like if it's slow and you can't sell a room for what you usually do you can knock it down a bit to make it more appealing and potentially sell more of them...

On the other hand, I can totally see how it creates more competition than there already is between dancers. However, if another girl is willing to do VIP for 100, I can only assume that she does not make as much money (if you can make it on the floor easy!) and therefore is not as attractive/good a talker/performer. So there's a selling point right there even if you don't say it quite so harshly or at all. I would think the guy would assume that from the fact your rates are higher!

If I were in your shoes and a customer asked me "why is your VIP $300 when X dancer's is only $100?" I would just tell the truth...you're an independent contractor and you set your own rates. Explain that 100 dollars is the equivalent of 5 table dances and that upstairs if he is only paying that, he can't expect to get any better a dance than he would downstairs. There's a reason your rates are high.

If he doesn't ask why the difference in prices, don't mention it at all. Try to be the first girl at his table if possible so he doesn't have time to speak to any of the others and hear their lowball rates.

Also, 100 for a half hour is ludicrous. I hope you at least get to keep all of that!

Unfortunately all the girls charge the $100 so I can't say "only the ugly ones do" although sometimes I say something along the lines..

The worst part is the guys literally shop around and frequently will ask a few girls their price. And then they usually go with the cheapest

Then at that point I would start looking at other clubs.

Unless you could try also charging $100 and then hustling for tips when you are upstairs? ("It's $100 flat rate but tipping is expected up there!" or "It's $100 and I would like a tip of at least $50")

Find a club where the girls are not underselling themselves and by extension you. Or find a way to make sure you are the best girl in the club, so that no one minds paying your prices.

You girls are definitely right, I should find a better club. I do do pretty well there sometimes, but not consistent enough unfortunately. Every time I'm fed up, I have a 1000 night and then I'm like 'eh it's not that bad after all' but I would definitely prefer a club that has higher CR prices.

My club has minimums, 300 for half hour for the girls plus 150 for he club. I tell curtsies 500 for me, 150 for the club. People who know about the minimum and ask me why I charge more i answer like this: That is a minimum, we can and most of us do charge more. Those of us who charge more know we are better quality girls and don't sell ourselves short.
I actually DONT know if the other girls are up selling and don't even care. and YES, I still sell these rooms often. I never do them for the minimum. You really got to let the customer know you don't give a damn what everyone else is doing because you're not like everyone else, you're better, therefore more expensive.

ive worked in clubs like this and my vips were divided up fairly evenly between 1-guys who accepted my higher price without any haggling (usually out of towners, club newbies, or guys who were enamored with my look), 2- guys i would just do the cheaper price for but would waste a lot of time talking to or playing on my phone during the vip(usually when it was slow or i was too tired to hustle), and 3- vips i would pitch a technically higher price for but changed how i phrased the time. like if everyone charges 300/hr and i wanted 500/hr instead of trying to convince everyone to pay 500 and loosing lots of sales i would offer 300/45 min. the trick to this is to mention the actual time as little as possible and instead say things like its 300 for a regular vip and 500 for double.

So true- if you work in a club with great hustlers then you end up with better money overall than if you work in a club where you are surrounded by girls who don't value their own time and effort!

How great would it be if you could get ALL the girls together and convince them to all raise their prices at once?

Unlikely though, I know. But if it worked out, it would be in everyone's best interest.

Couldn't agree with this more! At one of the clubs I work at everyone is a very serious hustler, and I've thought for years that having so many good hustlers in one club raises the potential for everyone. My other club is more of a hole in the wall place, there are some decent earners but also lots of girls who don't make much at all. So the top earners tend to be very secretive about it. I'm friends with a couple of them and always trying to explain to them that I'll never get jealous if somebody tipped them $200 on a slow night or what have you-I just like to know what's possible so I can push myself to do better!

^This is why I sometimes let other girls in on how much I make. I raised my prices recently from $20 dances to $25 minimum with a $40 "VIP" dance that includes (limited) touching and have profited ever since - so I let some girls know that no one has said anything about my raised prices and I'm doing so much better than before and they were all like "yeah good idea!" and now it's pretty standard for the girls to charge $80 for one double dance, and I've noticed other girls doing the $40 "VIP" thing too, which is awesome! The guys in my club are prepared to spend a lot more than the guys at my old club, where it was often pulling teeth to make $300 and the girls were all 18, 19, 20 - newbie strippers who didn't know how to hustle yet.

My club is like this too, and unfortunately to make $250/30 minutes I have to get a little bitchy about it. It's not very often that guys will compare my prices to another dancers, but when they do I point out my personal qualities that differ from other dancers. (Of course in the most playful fun way possible )
I never purposefully will try to cut down other girls, but at the same time when I'm competing with people who charge 50-60% more than I do, I do what I have to do.

How well do floor dances sell at your club? If you can sell enough floor dances to reach your income goals, then maybe just stick to selling the floor dances for $20. Don't even waste your breath trying to sell VIP, since your most profitable sale is the floor dance.

If you really prefer the VIP shows and want to get $300/ 30 minutes, just quote the price when talking about the VIP shows to your customer. Own it. Tell him, "My rate is $300 for 30 mins. Most guys usually tip after, too." Then flash him your best I'm-so-horney look while you wait for his answer.

If he asks for a discount, that means he's interested in you and you can decide how low you want to go. Always preface and price reduction with a comment of "No one has ever asked me to cut my rates before...but, since you are such a nice person, blah, blah, blah..." Then see if you two can come to an agreement on dance prices. Never go lower than the $20 a song. This will work towards your advantage in the future if you stick by your rates. Even the cheapest customers will eventually pony up because their curiosity will get the best of them.
