I'm not sure if I've had the same bump but I've had one super one from doing floor rolls like what she does at around 18 seconds:

Sometimes the body adjusts to your movement and the injury stops comming over time but if it's a floor roll where you can use your hands and arms for support you can try pushing your arms and hands hard into the floor to take on some of the pressure and control the landing so it has less impact on the back. This helped me and I haven't had that weird super bump ever since.
