I started camming independently from a panty selling site back in 2008 when I was young and still living with my parents. I then graduated to a niche site. I made sure I only worked while my parents were at work. If they were home I'd only cam if they were sleeping and I would talk, but not moan. This, and selling panties/items allowed me to save up to move out. I also scored a local sugar daddy who helped out. I saved up and moved in with my bestie and cammed and enjoyed that as well. That was years ago. Now I'm on my own and can be as loud as I want. Do what you have to do, just make sure you cover your tracks. She never has to know.
Camming is whatever you put into it. You can cam with or without sound, and work ANY site. You can work 1-2 sites simultaneously 5 nights a week for 5 hours a shift and still make decent money depending on your hustle. Just make sure you're safe. Don't keep questionable items around your room if your parent is known for walking in, or cleaning up (laundry). This includes camera equipment if you have any. I had the type of parent who flipped out if they saw a dildo as that wasn't very "Christian" of me

Now it's 2015 and my parents still don't know what I do. Sometimes you have to hustle in secret.
As for C4S I think you only need to submit the bill if you're not in the US. Good luck, stay safe and save, save, save. You never know when you'll be ready to fly the coop or your mom catches you and kicks you out. If you're going to do this under your parent's roof without their consent at least save up just in case shit hits the fan. I don't necessarily agree with having that "talk" with your parent. Not everyone's parent is forgiving or understanding. Some parents would rather cut you off than agree with their son or daughter doing adult work. I have that type of relationship with one of my parents so it's best they stay naive. I think damage repair is a lot better after/if you're found out.
