I would try going as a customer before you actually start working. I do this every time I am looking at new places to work bc it lets me see a lot of how it would be to work there.
Observe everything from dancer clothing styles, how long girls sit w/ customers, how do they hustle from the stage, do they hustle from the stage at all? I wouldn't necessarily tell any girls who come round trying to hustle you that you're possibly going to be working there -- sm times it can work in your favour, sm times it can backfire a bit.
Seriously, 300 dancers -- is that all in one shift? I know that's not unheard of in sm of the much larger clubs, but there weren't any in Daytona while I was there that could sustain that kind of volume. Is it a new-ish place?

Daton beach t daytona? Remember summer is coming which means off season. The larger club if it's busy and there's that many girls they are too busy making money to bother with others. I would probably stay at the small club and go like aneila said as a customer. It's not season or a huge tourist destination it doesn't matter how big it is if it's dead.
Don't even pay attention to the other dancers. As long as you don't waltz in trying to make friends or act like a bitch and cause trouble, you'll be fine. Keep to yourself but be polite if you do interact.
As for hustling, Aniela is right that you should observe how it's done. Keep in mind that in can vary based on the shift. When it's packed on a weekend night, you may well find that 'wanna dance'-ing or otherwise brief interactions are the best way to make money. It could be that you'll sell more per customer if you give it a song or two of chit chat before closing the sale. You may find there's a bit of a learning curve, so don't get discouraged if you're not banking right away -- it's just a different hustle/mix of hustles, but you'll get the hang of it. Maybe do a refresh of Hustle Hut, especially the Best of thread stickied at the top.

Are you talking about Daytona beach? There are no clubs that big that would run that many girls each night. Molly brown's and lollipops might have that many girls total that work there but they would not all be there at the same time, even during events. They'd get a fire code violation and I don't think there is enough money there to support that many dancers.
I'll offer some suggestions for transitioning when I am home on my laptop. I can be more specific if you're willing to tell us which club you're talking about since I'm wondering if you're at my current club's sister club?

Honestly a huge dead club is not worth it. Trust me I travel for events, conventions. If it's in florida I'd stay at the small club until season . Why work with 200 girls and no customers because that's summer here when you are doing well at the little club. Go observe as a customer but i think you'll find you'll do better where you are atm.

Yes a club in Dayton Beach. There are 300 girls on roster that work there, not 300 per night. This will be my owners second club. Im hesitant to say what club bc i dont know if any current dancers know there club has been bought. My owner is going in this weekend to clean house. He seriously doesnt put up with extra bullshit. He said hes starting from scratch and will keep some of the dancers they currently have. im the only girl hes bringing with him to the new club. So im worried that ill be coming into a club full of girls that already know eachother that theres alreay going to be tention. Im still pretty new to dancing and dont know the hustle of a big club. Between those two things, im terrified!!!!
^With 300 girls on roster, most of the dancers aren't going to know each other, don't worry -- especially if he's cleaning house and getting rid of a lot of em.
