Default A potential client disclosed in advance he has bumps called fordyce spots on his part

I am paranoid when it comes to matters like this but some guy I was scheduled to see just notified me of this. I have never heard of it and it's not STI related I believe? It's on his penis of course. I am on the verge of canceling today because health is more important to me than money but I am not sure if this is a common thing or what or if he is one of those creeps thats spreads their disease around that I read about on blacklist sites. Pretty scared at this point. He has 0 references another out of country guy so no lady to ask questions about him. Has anyone dealt with a situation like this or is canceling the best option? I naturally would not see guys like this but I really don't know given his employment info..but more importantly I have no clue about whatever he just mentioned. I have until 3pm today to cancel or see him. Any experienced ladies with their thoughts on this is appreciated.

I'm sure he was telling you in advance so you didn't think he had a disease and freak out when you're with him. A lot of men have them, looking on google I found this. "Fordyce spots (also termed Fordyce granules,[1] or Fordyce disease),[1][2] are visible sebaceous glands that are present in most individuals. They appear on the genitals and/or on the face and oral cavity. They appear as small, painless, raised, pale, red or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the scrotum, shaft of the penis or on the labia, as well as the inner surface (retromolar mucosa) and vermilion border of the lips of the face. They are not associated with any disease or illness, nor are they infectious but rather they represent a natural occurrence on the body"

A lot of men I've been with have them, they're pretty small and unassuming. If you're really concerned you can cancel, but if they're the above, they're harmless. Hope that helps.

If you are not comfortable then cancel - it is not worth stressing yourself with worry

go to google and pull up some sites to familiarize your self with how it presents itself and compare it with how other infectious diseases look - if you have any doubts when you see it in person then bail - better safe than sorry

Yeah, I'd say the grand majority of penises I've seen have some of those little glands on them. At first I'd freak out, but when I realized that damn near everybody had them and looked them up, I calmed down. They really are very common, and most guys don't even mention them cuz they know they're nothing. But if there's one thing I've learned about men, it's that they are not like women who discuss all their similarities and problems. Men always think that they are the only dude in the world dealing with some issue and it embarrasses them and freaks them out (cuz, you know, it's not "manly" to discuss such things with the bros). So, despite the fact that you've probably been with guys who have this, never even thought about it, and wouldn't have even noticed on him, he probably thinks he looks like he's horribly diseased and wanted to make sure you KNEW he isn't. If anything, he sounds like a very on-point client.

But, as others have said, you don't need an excuse to cancel on anyone if they've made you uncomfortable. I cancelled on a guy a few weeks ago just cuz his emails started to get annoying and weird.

I think escorts may know more about the male body than some males know themselves. Pearly penile papules is another one to be aware, there are many websites that have pictures of PPP, skin tags, fordyce, and other cosmetic skin conditions. You should not do a thing that makes you nervous, but might be worth knuckling down and looking at both STD photos and cosmetic condition pics. I have PPP, never knew,no partner had ever said anything before and a provider casually commented, without missing a beat, "hey, you have pearly.". She said it with no concern. Nobody has said anything since and its not even remotely an std, just super tiny raised glands under the head in a row. Yet I never knew or had reason to suspect that every other man wasn't the same, but some men are very smooth under the head.

Thank you so much. I changed his time tonight out of being super scared about it just to get more responses out of this post to evaluate if seeing him was safe. Risking safety sounds scary to me...thanks for the response.

In any case use a condom.
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.

Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.

NOTE: anything I post here, outside of a direct quote, is my opinion only, which I am entitled to. Take it for what you estimate it is worth.

Also.. be sure to look up Molluscum Contagiousum. It can also present in a similar fashion, but is highly contagious, even with condom use. It is generally on the pubic bone and not the genitalia.

That's great he disclosed this to you beforehand. It would be great if he could provide you with paperwork from a physician that confirms his diagnosis (so you won't have to play nurse trying to figure out does he have what he says he has and he didn't just self diagnose and its not something more serious or contagious)
