Try not to work too hard. And when I say that, I mean dont burn yourself out. Pace yourself. I'm the same as you, I have issues with tiredness so I work in a slow and steady manner. I'm very dainty and gentle and men love my energy. When I give dances, I try to go slow and make it seem like I'm really enjoying it. When I'm on stage, I dont bother doing crazy pole tricks most of the time. My style is simple and graceful. I used to be a maniac, doing pole tricks and chatting up every customer I met and grinding a mile a minute during lap dances...and I burnt out quickly. Save your energy for customers who are really worth it. And try not to use your left arm too much, maybe take a pain reliever? Oh and one more thing...I find that when I eat protein and fiber my energy levels are much, much better. A healthy diet can definitely help with that naturally as well as exercise.

Thanks. @tm, pain relievers are really not an option..I have digestive issues, I do have to take allergy meds any med messes up my digestion to a degree but I need my allergy stuff. I also use those gel 'rubs' arnica kind, they're not really helpful either
I am trying to train myself to use my other hand/arm. Thanks so much for your suggestions!

You're welcome! Good luck and get better. One more suggestion I wanted to add, have you ever heard of touch therapy aka Reiki? Its supposed to be good for pain and balancing your energies. I've never tried it, but I girl I work with practices it and swears by it. It may be worth checking out.

Yea, I'll check it out, thanks! I know of a good (a former friend went to him) accupuncturist, I'd like to try that too. I do self massage on my neck & arm

Extra potassium, iron & Bvitamins. Heating pads & hot water bottles are your friends. Ice as well, but def stick to the '20min on / 20min off' rule. Mental relaxation as well, like a soundtrack of soothing music or other sounds. I recommend Brain Massage. Gotta look up the specific album but will find it & get back to you.

Exercise!! Eat well, treat your body like gold. Exercise and diet help my energy levels skyrocket. I'll have one or two drinks a night (vodka/soda, no beer) at work, whereas I used to get drunk all the time. I have more energy. Get your vitamin D either in the sun or a tanning bed, don't listen to that BS that the sun is bad for you - lack of vitamin D is what kills, just don't burn and you'll be fine.

Get regular massages, do yoga, meditate and try to live and think as positively as possible.
