Will I even come home with $50?!
I've never danced before... I have no booty, I'm pale... but I need the job and I need my foot in the door.
Any advice? Any input?

No one can predict what your earning potential will be. Who knows, your personality and hustle could thrive in an urban club (I assume that's what you mean given the reference to your booty, but if it's just a dive bar then that'll be even easier) while tanking in one full of old white businessmen. As Whirlerz suggested, read through the forum. There's a lot of information and advice on here about working.
And if you're really not into the idea of working at this club, don't. This isn't like a regular career where you need to get "a foot in the door." A different club won't base their hiring decision on whether or not this one hired you or not -- they'll base it on if they like your look.
Well you need to start somewhere. I started out at ghetto clubs til I had enough confidence to work at the better clubs. I had zero confidence when I first started dancing. Don't worry, you're always gonna be somebody's type where ever you work.

I don't know if I'm qualified to answer this - but I'll put it this way... I'm looking at going back to work after almost a year - and this will be my second club. This club is definitely ghetto - don't know what the ethnic ratio is - but I'm mostly white. (Native American and Irish - my complexion is light though) Anyway - if you know any pole tricks - embrace that! I've been told that urban clubs pay closer attention to pole tricks - I've seen some pretty amazing pole dancers at places like King of Diamonds - but I don't think you should stress if you don't know pole. I'd look at it this way (because this is something I have to run through my head right now too...) If you're the only white girl in the club - then you're like a rare species there. Keep your confidence high and play it up. Maybe bring something different - like if everyone mostly goes out there and twerks - maybe do some sexy floorwork - be a little bold. Dance in a way that complements the curves you do feel good about. You'll already have their attention - make the most of it while you're on stage. Some guys might see you as a novelty and this could work in your favor. :-)

You going to have to sell dances to make money. Dont wait for people to ask you, ask them. You have buy some outfits for work. I think you should go visit a stripclub with a man and take notes. And dont start off being a dirty dancer.
Yeah, there's really no telling. But knowing your audience and catering to them will probably be the best for you.
