Will I even come home with $50?!
I've never danced before... I have no booty, I'm pale... but I need the job and I need my foot in the door.
Any advice? Any input?

You're over thinking it. I was the smallest, whitest looking/acting girl in an urban club, danced to rock, had no experience, and made great money. You're in a large city? The clientele may be more diverse than you think. I'll take blue collar guys who appreciate your efforts over stuffy businessmen who want extras any day.
White woman in a 'ghetto' club? If you look good and or know how to sell then you may have an advantage as you stand out natuRally in a sea of hood chicks.
“Cook for him like a housewife, fuck him good like a nympho….pay the rent and the car note, he invests in me like crypto”
I have a serious problem with "ghetto club"...it really doesn't give me any real information about the club...are the chairs in VIP held together with duct tape? Or is it just a black club and you're uncomfortable around anyone who isn't white? Maybe I'm misreading this..but if I were you I'd be more worried about your hustle than the skin tone of your coworkers.......
There aren't any VIP rooms, There are VIP benches and the lap dances are $30/dance there instead... the crowd and the girls are all dark. I'm not uncomfortable per say, I've never had any issues with anyone outside of my race... I'm just worried that they are going to the Urban club because they want twerking and big booties and dark skin. I didn't call it ghetto though... the manager did. Lol.
Well if you got hired, then the manager obviously knows more than you do about the demographic.
I've never been to a predominately black club and not seen the one token raggity ass white girl...I don't think it's so exotic that you'll have a problem

Good luck... You'll know soon lol. My advice would just be confident and don't act like your body build is a flaw. They may be fascinated with you since you really don't see that often.
Edit:
Do you do dances on the floor or in booths?

You haven't even worked a shift yet??

Honestly, if you are different and stand out from the competition that can help you make bank! Guys love trying new things. They seek variety. So work it! Be your skinny white self and wear it with confidence.

I worked at an urban club years ago and I did fine. I actually had a great time. This was in Tampa in 09.

I really don't think you'll have a problem making money, unless it's a stage-dominated club and that isn't your forte. Is that what you mean by ghetto club? I know a lot of urban clubs you make money predominantly through stage. Since there's no VIP in your club this may be a problem, but like I said only if you don't have a strong stage performance. Try a shift and see how it goes, or maybe go in for a few hours as a customer and get a better feel if you're nervous.

It was pointed out in another thread that if you are a skinny white girl it might not be a bad idea to pick up a few pole moves.
