Default bank bloked card after receiving money from client-Barclays UK

hey thereIm ....I had a client that transfered me a large amount of money about 1800 in steps of ( 300-300-300 etc.)

The next day my card was blocked so I called my bank and they told me I was receiving those 300 pounds and I would need the sender of the money to confirm the transaction in order for them to unblock my card again ( I guess they think Im fraud or was stealing his money)

So I contacted the client explained the situation and he now blocked me from whatsapp and is not answering my calls...what a fucking BASTARD!! All he neede to do is 2 mins phone call to confirm -UNBELIEVABLE!-and I was nothign but good to him!!

I have received multiple transfers from clients before and never had this issue:S

I did transfer the money to my other account from a different bank just to secure my money in case they decide to freez my account completely and keep my money!!

I was wondering if I went to the bank and said I lost my card to get a new one if that would solve the case? or if I just denied and said I dont know anything about that money and have nothing to do with it but then again I worked hard to get the fucking 1800 pounds so I dont want them to take the money from me and return to the client...Id rather open a new bank acount then and forget about this account completely or maybe just close it..
does anyone know an escort friendly bank account in the UK ? and US ( I will be visiting there a lot)an account where they dont starre at you for paying deposits in? and where you can put a lot of money into savings without any complications

Its actually only 300 pounds that the client had to cnfirm and not the whole amount -thank god!! if I take my money out and close the account are they going to harras me for 300? as obviously it looks like the client is not going to confirm this and im scared he might actually call his bank and tell them I really stole his money or Im some fraud

Or should I give my bank his number so they can call him for him to confirm? Im thinking if he denie I could tell my bank I have his number and I was in a hotel with him that night and they can check it maybe on his statement, I might tell them he is just upset with me and is therefore acting that was because how am I supposed to know he was in that hotel if I dont know him or wa not ith him...:S Really messed up situation

Anyone has ben in a similas situation before? I would appreciate your advise and help..
    thanks

While it's impossible to know for sure what prompted your UK bank to 'block' your account and require a verification by your paying customer, you're probably right that suspected fraud claims were involved somewhere along the line. Given the fact that your paying customer has cut off contact with you, it's very probable that your paying customer is the source of those suspected fraud claims. Given the degree of attention your account has already attracted, I would resign myself to the fact that the 300 UK pound 'charge-back' is going to stick. Attempting to press the issue will probably just increase the chances that your UK bank will close / cancel your account ... and in doing so create potential future difficulties when trying to open new accounts at other UK banks.

As to your other question, it seems to be a fact of life that most country's gov'ts are watching cash deposits more closely these days ... as the result of anti-money laundering treaties as well as a desire by the country's tax agency to increase tax collections. Put another way, once the amount of money involved becomes 'substantial', the banks / tax agencies start taking an interest in where the deposited money is originating from.

Also, without US citizenship or permanent residency / student visa, you are also likely to have difficulty opening a new account with a US bank these days.

my advice is to pull the money out by atm - a transfer to another account can result in the transfer being reversed - do it by atm so it is a clean transaction and they have no way to reverse the cash in your hand - do this every single time you get money on a card - keep your personal day to day account completely separate from the account you receive client money on

no card is going to be escort friendly
