Default Weight loss with ovarian cysts

I have ovarian cysts....but I need to lose 10 lbs. Can it be done or is the hormone/bloating aspect of the illness going to cancel out any effort to slim down?

Dairy causes ovarian cysts, especially dairy that is combined with salt, like cheese.

Be especially careful with hard salty cheese (as opposed to soft & creamy- like cottage cheese).

Either way ALL cheese (but especially very salty cheese) will cause cysts in your reproductive regions.

Dairy that's cold/frozen and combined with sugar and fat, like ice cream, will expand existing cysts and make them even larger.

Just getting rid of dairy will help shrink the cysts naturally, reduce bloating, allow weight to be lost without extra effort, and help balance your hormones (dairy is LOADED with crazy hormones).

try to balance hormons. Funny thing to say btw, we have so many hormons...
Try mild detox, maybe incorporate some wheatgrass juice(you can buy a powder).
Eat more veggies. Avoid dairy, gluten, chermicals, sugar, alcohol.
My friend got a huge cyst, which doctors say have to be removed, but honestly i dont believe in that..i think body can heal itself!

^ She's right. Given the right conditions or environment the body can heal from nearly everything....but ovarian cysts are something that the body can definitely heal on its own...even one's size of grapefruits or dozens the size of marbles. Getting surgery for cyst removal (not that I'm sure you're even considering that) doesn't correct any problems and really only serves to line the pockets of doctors, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical companies.

Salt (especially iodized), dairy and sugar, meat and bad quality oils are responsible for most health conditions and it's the proportion of each of these things that determines or dictates what "condition" will manifest.

Ginger compresses will also help dissolve ovarian cysts.
Grate a golfball to baseball size of fresh ginger root and wrap it up in some cheese cloth (like making a giant ginger tea bag)...tie it closed with a string.
Boil a bunch of water, take water off burner. Put ginger bag in water and steep for 3-5 minutes, Remove and squeeze liquid out into pot.
Place a cotton rag into water and wring it out, apply the rag (careful, very hot !) onto lower abdomen and place a towel over that to contain heat.
Let it sit until it cools down a bit, repeat several times. Your skin will be bright pink!

This helps relax the hard outer shell of the cyst and release the accumulated fluid back into the body to be eliminated appropriately.

This is all good advice. Follow it. I had one that I didn't even know was there. It all of a sudden got so big I had to go to the ER. They were going to aspirate it,but I was an 'urban legend" and caught pneumonia in the hospital.

Instead I was on a horrible course of intravenous antibiotics for a week!

It's gone now, but it was not fun. I wasn't even eating salty cheeses either (except for a very occasional pizza).
