Does your club care?
Does your club care?

Depends. We had a girl from another club actively trying to recruit for her other club. Big no no.

My club doesn't care, as long as you're not calling out at club A to go work at club B and management/bouncers, etc talk to each other about it and you get found out.

Both clubs I work at know about the other one. It's actually good for them. Makes it easier to prove that I'm an independent contractor.
My old club fired me for working elsewhere and another club fired a few dancers I work with for the same reason.

I'm a stripper they can't tell me what to do lol.

I've worked a a few. thee doll house in tampa didn't even like me traveling. Gold club i baltimore had a certain radius you had to be away.Lol. Skins in AZ. Most clubs will tell you when they hire or it's written in the contract. I know there's more but I just got up and that's all I can remember.

It is expected in my market. I don't work at other clubs currently because I really like my club.

Yea I do it all the time. I'm such a club slut lol.
Management, owners, and bouncers talk to each other in different clubs. Whenever I get asked for a schedule, I'm completely honest and i'll tell them "I can't work those days I'm already scheduled at my other club"
They dont seem to care. It's only when you lie to get out of a shift at one club and go work at another club that they get mad. One girl at one of my urban clubs lied and said she had something come up with her kid, when in fact she went to go work a grand opening at another club. A lot of club owners and management have people go to grand openings to see which of their dancers called out and went to work there. She was fired for that.

Very true. But a clubowner can tell you what you CANNOT do ... such as work at his club any moreI'm a stripper they can't tell me what to do lol.
Indeed this varies hugely from one city's market to another. Generally speaking, clubs which don't enforce rigid schedules etc. also don't pay much attention to dancers also working at other clubs in the same local area. However, clubs which do enforce rigid schedules usually tend to become upset if dancers also attempt to work at other clubs in the same local area.It is expected in my market
I can work wherever I want but I dont, I love my club, been there 5 years and I am loyal to it. I know everybody and feel comfortable there. I remember being super nervous trying out different clubs.

I most certainly can... I would never sign a contract that said I couldn't. That's the POINT of being an IC.
Girls are doing it so much right now that when the weekday manager didn't see me for 2 weeks, he went "And where have YOU been working?" They don't care, they can't do anything about it.
"People jack off with the left hand and point with the right."
"You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave."
