No, but I want to, I read about it in New Beauty magazine..have you tried a cleanse?
Are you positive it's fat? In the last year or so, my tum (formerly flat) has pooched out. I tried eating differently, more fruits, vegs, etc. It's a slowed digestive thing w/me, per my Dr.
But the 1 that that help me, when I say cleanse, I mean peel & eat a fresh grapefruit, then follow w/black coffee. I do this every morn. I try to eat more fiber too.
Also eat fresh watermellon, & drinking the juice will help

It's all in my lower belly ugh lol
It just sticks out and pooches out. I have a 1 year old so maybe it's still from him being in my belly? It's so annoying no matter what I do it's there and I see these girls with flat hard stomachs and mine is squishy

I've had 3 sessions, and the results were very subtle (you are a good candidate though, because you are really slim). You need 2-3 sessions to get good results (which means that it ends up being expensive). There is "downtime" though, everyone is different and if you had an office job you could definitely work. But, you will swell up and possibly bruise/have reddening too, so it means a few days off work (I got mine done on Monday and by the weekend I still looked 6 months pregnant from the swelling. So bare this in mind when you book it, and wear something to work that will cover the swelling and not irritate your skin).

Oh wow! Didn't realize there was such down time! When did the swelling go away and when did you actually notice the results? And very subtle is all I need. I'm very tiny it's only the smallest amount below my belly button so that's why I was thinking this would be a good option for me. If you don't mind me asking what did you pay? Or what should I be expected to pay for numerous sessions?

I was swollen for over 10 days. The pain only lasted for about 4-5 days though (it's more uncomfortable than actually painful). I paid $900 per session for my lower abdominal area (I'm in Australia, so I would check real self for reviews/prices in your area. Here, it's roughly $650-$900 per session, per area, depending on the area treated and clinic etc). I noticed the results after about 6 weeks.

^I don't think it works as effectively as liposuction in that regard. Personally, I'm not sure though. I have been recovering from a BA and haven't put any weight on in those areas, despite being immobile and losing definition-so it may have contributed. If you are interested, it might be worth getting a consultation (most places do this for free) to discuss your options etc. But, if you are tossing up between this and lipo-I'd suggest the lipo (otherwise you won't see significant results and might spend just as much).

I was reading about it more on RealSelf and I think I might hold off on it. I'm glad that you had a good experience Olivejardin but I'm a bit scared of the side effects. There's someone on the Realself website who had a Pulmonary Embolism from it.
I had cool sculpting done to the insides of my thighs and after a month the results were ASTOUNDING (it takes 3 months to see the full results). Seriously, all the pooch around the upper thigh gone, so totally worth it. And I'm a cam girl, I went back to work the next day, I had some very minor capillary breakage but that was it, a bit swollen but nothing really noticeable. But yes, it is uncomfortable to heal from the area feels weird and numb. And there is always risks with any procedure, the risks are way smaller than lipo or a tummy tuck.
