Oldster has it right, IMO. Even if a cop is 100% in the wrong, you won't get anywhere by being a smart ass.
I was in the car when an underage girl was driving drunk. I didn't realize she was drunk because I was 19/dumb and only saw her have two drinks. Little did I know, they had killed a bottle of tequila before I got there. After doing a field sobriety test, which the girl failed miserably, the state trooper asked me if I had had anything to drink. At first, I politely refused to answer, because the answer was damning. There's no legal minimum for underage drinkers, after all. So even admitting to one sip of alcohol could've put me in a world of trouble. He got why I wasn't answering, as everyone else in the car was plastered. He said that he just wanted to know whether I could drive the car home; otherwise, he'd have to call a tow truck. I took a chance and told him that I hadn't even finished one drink, which was the truth. He said I'd have to do a breathalyzer to prove I was sober if I wanted to drive the car back. Any lawyer on the planet would tell you that's a dumbass move, but I consented and blew a zero. He lectured me worse than my mother ever has about how I should've been the one driving, etc, but he was true to his word and didn't cite me for admitting to underage drinking, nor did he cite the drunk underage girls in the car who weren't driving--who all knew, for the record, how much the driver had had to drink. Anyway, my point is that MOST cops aren't total power-crazed dick bags, IMO. Tread lightly, sure, but respect and basic decency can go a long way.

Exactly!

If the cops want to get you, they will, and lies are not beyond therm, even though they are perjuring themselves. An aggressive one will punish you in some way for not saying answers. Find a good lawyer, one who doesn't mind suing cops etc, and keep her/him 'retainered'.
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.
Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.
NOTE: anything I post here, outside of a direct quote, is my opinion only, which I am entitled to. Take it for what you estimate it is worth.
I am curious to know how the searching goes. They can only search against your consent in unlocked / unsecured areas of your car? I could see how they could riffle through your sh*t thats laying out in the car because once they make you get out your car and your car door is open / unlocked with the key is still in ignition so then the only thing locked would be the glove box or a locked trunk.
I also was thinking when I saw that video that there is no way in hell any person of color could pull the stunt that man did and not end getting snatched out the car onto the pavement face first....
My last encounter getting pulled over I had expired tags and one of my front lights was out (I know stupid). I figured I would just relax and be honest when he asked me about why I hadn't fixed those issues. Somehow I ended up being let go with no ticket - thank goodness. Thankfully cops don't harass me or profile me in the area I live and I've never had to deal with corrupt cops.
And whats up with that dudes evil laugh at the end? Like thats a game to him or something.

Funny how similar the judges video is to Chris Rock's, the judge's only humor being unintentional......

It is common sense and good manners, no matter who presents it.
